I don't think Activision is bigger than Sony Computer entertainment. But it comes close. even with this acquisition, Microsoft still remains the smallest of the big three. PixelOpus isn't a "real" studio, is it? I think it was a student project that came out of Playstation University. 15 men at most. I think they will all get a new job within Playstation Studios.

Yes that makes sense. Only there are not 25 million users who pay € 10 per month. Not by a long shot. And that 100 million is only 1 game, right? You simply don't get any profit from such a service, I think.

Just search or wait a while. I've never bought a game for €80 before. And no one is obliged to buy a game upon release. It is still your own choice.

I've said from the start that Gamepass is a fun gimmick. No more and no less. But you hardly gain any profit that way. If you see that a Horizon Forbidden west already costs 100 million to make. How do you ever want to earn that back with a gamepass ps plus model?

Set preschoolers who all get excited about CoD on gamepass. I wonder how long gamepass will last. Multiple reports report that Microsoft is not happy with Xbox at all internally. It's only a matter of time when they will probably just continue with gamepass and throw Xbox out. But finally this nonsense stops. Keep up the good work making good games Sony. Because Microsoft is not a star in that without major acquisitions. And I laugh my ass off when Sony announces the acquisition of Take two out of the blue. And don't say Sony can't afford that. I get your point, but I think (my opinion) that Microsoft really did pay. And that doesn't interest me at all. I have nothing to do with Valheim. But it always surprises me that Sony is bashed from the green camp with buying deals, while Microsoft certainly does exactly the same at the time of the 360. And of course it works very simply everyone who responds to this site defends Playstation and on pure xbox they defend Xbox.

Microsoft needs to stop whining and Phill needs to stop posting nonsensical messages on Twitter and stop playing games and start running a business. The reason Sony remains dominant? Games games and more games. For example, looking at myself, I can enjoy PS exclusives much more than Xbox exclusives. It's about time Microsoft starts investing in the 23 studios they own and making decent games. Yes Sony games are also regularly the same franchises. But those are 10 different ones. At Xbox the last 2 years I only get Halo and AGAIN a new Forza. And wow HiFI Rush. funny game but not a mind blower. And you see how much praise that game already gets. you can check if they decide to really release games like Sony and Nintendo.

No, I agree that the deal is certainly no longer worth 70 billion. And then it remains to be seen what the shareholders will think of that. But it would be in line with what Microsoft keeps releasing. "we don't care about CoD"
