Maybe they’re working with Gen Design on a Shadow of the colossus sequel of some sort…PlayStation has them listed as a partner studio.

Given the information that so many people are still on PS4, Sony could probably do a Pro next fall with GTA 6 and then launch PS6 in 2030. Longer generations could work because they are making so much money compared to previous generations.

Hopefully it’s a monster hunting game with motorcycles and guns

Sony should buy Epic games and have them make a live service Socom that kills COD on PlayStation. They would own the Gears of War and Halo creators, payback for Microsoft stealing Crash and Spyro.

I have ps plus premium until March 2033, but I’m content just playing Fortnite on my sweet PS5. Sorry for being complacent.

I just want Gen Design, Grasshopper and ghost story games to be there. I’m licking the tears of salty gamers who are trying to justify their console purchase with exclusives. Dudes are upset because there are games on PS5 that could be played elsewhere. “I’m only watching exclusive content on Netflix, if it’s also on Prime, it does not justify my subscription.”

This season of Fortnite has been pretty epic, no pun intended. Hopefully it keeps being the most kinetic third person multiplayer shooter out there, the gameplay feels like the absolute peak of GTA meets sunset overdrive, it’s immaculate IMO. You think Don calls his wife Honey?

Ok, Phil Spencer’s personal assistant. I don’t think they said it was profitable,4 billion a year doesn’t offset the cost of all of the game development. Now they’re going to have to pay to develop COD as well, so the cost will go up. Sony can eventually stop advertising COD on PSN in order to kill the sales and develop a competitor that they can get 100% revenue out of instead of the 30% from COD.

@Godot25 Fallout 4 moved almost twice as many copies during its first week on PS4 than Xbox one and Fallout 76 was saved when it was given away free on PSPlus so like I said, their moves don’t make any sense. Bethesda games sell better on PlayStation. Sony had a year exclusivity deal in place for Starfield and that is why Microsoft swooped in. It’s out of desperation. It won’t be long before we se Bethesda games back on PlayStation because gamepass bleeds money, or else we’ll eventually see ABK games leave PlayStation to bolster gamepass. It’s either you put everything on Gamepass exclusively or everything multi platform.

@Godot25 If their purchases are calculated and make sense, why are Bethesda games not on PlayStation but ABK games will apparently be? And why was Redfall such trash? Microsoft cannot develop anything close to PlayStation quality. Their moves are more of desperation than anything.

Finally, PlayStation can now unleash all of their huge third party deals that were made behind the scenes.

Top 5 ,nothing else is as creative or edgy as this game on ps3.

Sony was working with Panasonic back in 2014 on developing a disc capable of holding up to 1 tb so they should still be able to release physical games long into the future. I hope more developers decide to put finished products on discs going forward just like FF 16 which won’t have a day 1 patch. I’ll gladly pay $70 for a physical copy of a no day 1 patch game over a $60 digital only game that requires a patch.

They should revive ps3 multiplayer games on plus and let you download them to your console, or do killzone and resistance collections with multiplayer

It’s probably way harder for a small game like Concrete Genie to do well on one platform. Sony is probably going to buy epic games. Three of their games are in the top 20 played on ps5, Sony has already invested around 5% stake in them and it would join Bungie as another slap in the face to Microsoft as they would now own the Halo and Gears original studios. It would also increase their live service expertise. Sony has maintained a close relationship with Epic ever since Paragon was introduced at the PlayStation experience and if you remember FortNite was exclusive to ps4 while Xbox had Pubg. FortNite is the top played game on ps5. Also Epic is valued around 32 billion and Sony is around 120 billion.

Sony should buy Ember Lab.

Fortnite hook me like heroin. I admit, I never really paid attention but now that I’ve tried zero build mode, the gameplay loop is ridiculously addicting.

Iam8bit.com have physical copies of Rez Infinite Eco Forward edition available for purchase which are limited to 5000 copies made. I’ve seen them sell for over $150 on eBay, anyway snagged myself one from the publisher.
