@OldGamer999 For an old gamer you seem to have a bad memory, cause I remember that Microsoft bought gta4 dlc exclusivity for 360. I personally don't like exclusivity wether it's by Sony or Xbox. With all the acquisitions we're heading to the walled garden BS that we see in streaming. It's rather silly to think one company looks better than the other when both do it.

@cburg I just find it funny when people talk about how many jobs those companies have provided while they are actively trying to cut their workforce to have as little costs as possible. And at the same time barely paying any taxes over the absurd amount of profit they make.

Bloodborne is really good, but I don't know if it's the best console game ever. I thought RDR 2 was excellent as well.

It looks pretty cool, but enemies not really doing anything and tanking a lot of damage is a bit of a downer.

I really wanted to like this game. I played the server slam which was my first time playing a Diablo game. But it seemed so grindy and repetitive to me. I love the setting and lore. Such a shame it didn't click

@JayJ Why is this such a big deal for Microsoft fans? It's not like you can't already play these games on Xbox. It's not like this is just gonna improve games made by their countless other studios.

Oh, cause of gamepass you say? You do realize that gp will become more expensive because of this. And that all those loopholes to get it cheap will be closed.

Ps plus extra/premium and Gamepass are nothing but glorified demo subscriptions. Nice for the hardcore gamers who have enough time to play games, but otherwise you're better off buying the titles you like. No wonder MS wants to buy ActiBliz. They hope to get lots of casual gamers that way.

I think exclusivity (up to a point) and consolidation is bad for gamers in the long term. It really confuses me when gamers cheer on these big corporations buying studios and publishers left, right en centre. Guess what, these corporations don't give a sh*t about gamers, despite what their PR may have you believe.

"access on much worse terms" would be forced to get a gamepass sub on PS to play any of those games imo. But who am I, everyone loves subs these days.

I really like Elden Ring, but Bloodborne is my favourite. Next year I'll try Demon's Souls. For now I need a break from the FromSoftware formula.

Couldn't care less about FIFA, but I'm interested in Tribes of Midgard and Curse of the Dead Gods. So I think it's a good month.

I thought gamplay was a bit tedious at times and the re-used bosses and enemies didn't help either. Story was great though. 7 minus for me.
