@Medic_alert Exactly while I don't think anyone is trying to "trick" people into spending money I think your right to put a ceiling on your gaming purchases I can't think of any games coming out or that have come out in the past worth paying 80 quid day one and everything goes on sale a couple months after release anyways!

@Titntin I have literally no problem with the article but you and others are wondering why people would be getting defensive because there certainly are a lot of comments about people just because they use the Xbox or gamepass it's there to see if you look!
I'm not heartbroken over this I wouldn't have a clue how profitable gamepass is or isn't nor would it effect me if it was or wasn't!
There's a lot of assumptions of what I'm thinking feeling but I'm ok Xbox is a hobby I have much bigger things to be stressed or down about I'm not happy about the price rise but that's life it is what it is!
I like this site also it has much more community than pure and good discussions so that's why I'm here!
I'll continue to be my happy upbeat self though.✌️
Just giving some perspective as to why some people are commenting negatively because there are comments belittling Xbox gamers for just being Xbox gamers.

Ps5 has outsold Xbox series console at like a 5 to 1 ratio it's shouldn't really be surprising thats where it sold the best even if gamepass wasn't a thing 🤷

This weekend I'll be on assassin's creed unity only started it the other day and I'm loving playing a proper old school assassin's creed game again after almost a decade away from the series!
I'll also be on Helldivers 2 and wheel of fortune just for the laugh!
I'll also try fit in some cod beta if I can!

Hopefully releasing these games on playstation can give the series a new lease of life because 343 did a terrible job with halo infinite!
It was basically a farcry game and the multiplayer is long dead!
They need to get this remake or whatever right because halo hasn't really been relevant since the 360 days!

I only want to spend a couple hundred on the console so it will have to be last gen for now I have a 4k TV so that's why I was thinking about ps4 pro but if it's very loud over the base version it might be worth it biting the bullet over resolution 🤷

As a Xbox gamer ( don't hate me) I'm gonna pick up a cheap PS4 or pro soon!
I just want a machine to play the playstation exclusives but nothing to break the bank!
Is the base PS4 good to go from or should I get the pro??
I've heard there's not a great difference in both consoles?
Any advice would be appreciated 🙏✌️

@SMJ The 360 was an amazing machine and played a lot of games better than the opposition you are right!
The red ring of death issue was only with the original big 360 and only the first couple versions and the console excelled despite that!
Some of this sites users are very biased against anything Xbox related!

@DennisReynolds I totally agree with you scores are just opinions there been plenty of games that have scored badly I've literally loved and others that got a high I couldn't take to at all!
Different strokes for different folks!

Like most things Xbox playstation and Nintendo try to sell us it's overpriced!
