Bluepoint seems to be very talented, so I am curious about what they might have been cooking up, but I think it's probably for the best that GOW not be turned into a live service vehicle. That said, I wouldn't be opposed to a co-op game in the universe. Something along the lines of It Takes Two maybe. Though GOW would probably lend itself better to something akin to Ghost of Tsushima's Legends mode, and like Legends, it should probably be more of a bonus thing and not the focus of a whole new entry.

Haven't finished any of the original trilogy or the PSP titles, but Ragnarok and 2018 are some of my favorite gaming experiences I've ever had.

@Chaudy Yes, you can claim PS5 versions without having a PS5. It's been a while, but if I recall correctly, you can't claim PS5 copies from a PS4, so you have to either use the mobile app or login through a web browser. I did this for Bugsnax a few years ago and was able to play it on PS5 once I got mine.

I've been having a lot of fun with it! Not sure if I'll play it much on my own, but after playing a few coop missions with a friend this morning I can see us putting plenty of hours in together.

There's currently only a handful of Xbox games that I can say I would be interested in getting if they came to PlayStation. Hi-Fi Rush is what I would be most hyped for.

Big fan of the original. It was a great way to stay connected with one of my high school buddies once we went off to different colleges. Can't wait to Dive into this one!

I find this very intriguing, but it feels like an odd choice in a single player game where I'm gonna want to be the super cool hero kicking all the buttocks. It would be really cool if the game had coop. Then I would be a lot more interesting in trying the class out for more than just a quick look.

I encountered that glitch with the first cinematic having no character audio and the out of sync animations. It was funny enough that I honestly wasn't even mad. Glad to see it's fixed now though

One of my favorite games. Cautiously optimistic about the movie. Even though the game-adaptation film/tv curse seems to have waned recently, I am still weary. Though Chad Stahelski as the director is promising, and I'm happy to see a commitment to casting Japanese actors and having Japanese dialogue.

Yeah, that's all fine and dandy, but as someone who would love to get into the series proper, I would be more keen on getting the Trails in the Sky trilogy ported to modern platforms

A couple of very minor bugs for me. Nothing game breaking, just kinda silly visual oddities

Would love to get this, even if it sounds horribly stitched together as a "collection." Probably gonna wait for a hefty sale though.

I can't help but feel that Disney trying to get back into the gaming space via acquisitions would only end up killing off some poor unfortunate development studios that get caught in the middle of poor executive decisions and games that under-performs against ludicrously unrealistic sales expectations

Game looks awesome, and I hope it lives up to the hype. However, I will be getting Super Mario Bros Wonder instead. Between the two games, Spider-Man is more likely to be discounted to a reasonable price at some point in the future, so I will be waiting for that to occur.

Factions 2 or whatever you want to call it sounds like it would be a fascinating subject for a documentary. Would love a peek behind the scenes at what the ambitions were, how close they got, and might have gone wrong

I've been fascinated by Callisto, mostly out of morbid curiosity, so at least I'll be able to try it without having to pay any extra for it

@Zeke68 The first one was a twin stick shooter like you described, but this one is a third person shooter.

The tone has always been basically Starship Troopers with the gameplay being squarely focused on working well as a squad; covering each others' backs, repairing and restocking each other, and taking care not to kill each other because friendly fire can't be turned off. It worked really well in the first one, and I have high hopes for the formula to translate well to the new perspective!

I put way too many hours into the first game and I'm looking forward to getting my boots on the ground in this one. My money says that it will be launching on Liberty Day (Oct 26th), but I honestly kinda hope it doesn't because October is already a crowded month for me

@Dusk_Actual If you're enjoying Divinity then BG3 will absolutely be up your alley. And no, the $80 version is an upgraded deluxe version with some bonus in-game goodies and it also granted early access over this past weekend. The standard version is still $70 though, if I'm not mistaken

I thought I saw that the Portal was going to use some sort of new "PlayStation Link technology" but looking back it seems that may have just been for the headphones they announced. If the Portal really is streaming games over wifi, I am probably not going to get it. I would consider it if the device connected directly to the console and could be sort of like a Wii U gamepad, because I had no issues playing games on that. But as it stands, I don't think its for me.

$200 ain't bad, especially because I was expecting it to be at least $300. Regardless, if it doesn't have any ability to run games natively, I am frankly not interested

If I hear that a game is going to have a live service model or anything like it, it is an immediate turn off for me. I could see some of them being a good time with friends, but as a solo player I find them generally too repetitive and/or grindy

I'm firmly in the waiting-for-a-sale camp. I'm actually fine with the visuals just getting a boost to resolution and anti-aliasing, but it really should have a significant performance boost if they are going to leave the assets as is. If it gets a 60fps mode down the line then it might be worth it at $40, but otherwise it's gotta get down to $20 before I'll consider it

As many others have said, giving out Dreams now seems odd.
Death's Door is a lot of fun though!

Oh hey, that Killzone PSP game will be fun to revisit! I had a blast with it back in the day! I have fond memories of playing it late at night in my grandparents' motor home

I would be happier if they made a handheld that was dedicated to "retro" games running natively. Like, maybe it can download and play the whole classics catalog you get with PS+ Premium. I just can't get behind a handheld dedicated to game streaming

Been very interested in the Ys series, but have yet to actually try any of them. From what I understand the stories are all pretty independent from game to game, so maybe X will be a good place to start for me? Or maybe VIII or IX will go on sale leading up to X's release and I can start with one of them

PS3 is my personal favorite because it was the console that let me get "serious" about gaming. PS2 is second, though it did always give me a strange sense of existential dread.....anyway! Never had a PS1, but I see lots of love for it in the comments!

@Atreus97 My best guess is that Arkham Knight's sales are including the people redeeming it from the PS+ Collection, though if that's the case I would frankly expect that other games from the collection would be present aside from Mortal Kombat X... Regardless, I'm right there with ya hoping for a PS5 patch on Arkham Knight.
