Scalpers is the majority it wssent good enough that the old instruments was selling on eBay and Amazon for the price of a used car. That kind of thing really sickens Me. I bought a used ps3 rock band guitar Controller at a local retro game store for $40 in January it works fine on ps5 with dongel. But I wanted another so me and my 6 year old son can play me and my oldest son who is 23 use to play togather. Try to create memory's and good times as a family. I hope alot of people who have been waiting got to get their hands on instead of majority of stock winding up over priced on ebay.
I don't see how people can play through the same series a 1000 times . I love dbz and gt but dam it's the same episodes over and over. Dbz fighter was a warm welcome and differnt. No amount of graphics is going to make me play through the same story I know from start to finesh

Been playing this on pc and I have mortal kombat 1 and street fighter for ps5. But I must say to me tekken and street fighter are the winners this round. The rushed mortal kombat 1 with slowed paced kombat and character models besides the females is a horrible and step back from 11.
@Bolverkr yes a 100% agree about mk1 played them since the arcade. Too me it's a big back step from mk11. The combat is slow not fasted passed. The whole kameo system is foolish. The kameo character roster would had been better as playable characters. Kameo for them is just a term they used to implement a tag team with a ai player. Other then the female characters the character design and faces are bland. It is truly the worse mortal kombat ever. It takes forever to match for online. This was rushed out to ride the hype train of the new movie. To me it was unfinished its hard for me to believe this is a mortal kombat ED Boon is proud of. I think the higher ups rushed him to release this beta of a game.

Starfield look how long that took look at how many editions of skyrim we got before Starfield? Skyrim launched in the ps3 Era and all through ps4 and the begging of ps5 Era all we got was skyrim special edition/ skyrim deluxe/skyrim vr/skyrim super ultra mega k.o Ken times 10 edition. It was the pc mod community who truly made the game great and even fixed the bugs that was in it in all of those editions later that the studio wouldn't be botherd with.
@Bamila I agree!! Pvp has done more damage to destiny then anything with all the nerfs in order to keep every thing equal for pvp. Supers and guns are a shadow of their former self. You don't get that wow or amazed factor in pve no more because pvp has caused everything that does damage to be blah.
Well I can for see some current circumstances. For one theirs going to be alot of xboxs traded in at gamestop and sold on ebay. For two alot of upset xbox fanboys. If you build it they will come! I'm not even a Harry potter fan I bought it for my wife for a early Christmas present walked by watched the combat and was hooked. They took the ip and built a a great game and not just use the ip name to get you to buy.

Gow was done turning into halo in that fact and would have been road into the dirt Ascension and the psp games was done feeling it. Ascension was a poor attempt to cash in on the brand and was already going down the path of halo.The reboot was nessery and kept it respectful to the orignal games and built Kratos arc from that. Jeffy hasn't done nothing since God of War except Drawn to death as far as I know. He is that 50 year old man who won that one football game in high school and when you see him that's all he talks about because that was the only time in his life he did somthing amazing. Jeffy and Cliff blenski are one of the same jeffy left sony and had a ego and tried the whole make my own studio thing and cliff left epic after his fame with creating Gears of War also with tons of ego and set out to make his own studio and failed the fame went to their head with the hole Rockstar attitude of not needing anybody.
Me personally I've never had a issue with getting to play the games I wanted to beat with ps plus extra! That's me being 41 years old working a 12 hour shift job with wife and kids. I beat devil may cry the month it was added to extra witch was way back. If I'm not mistaking it's been on their 5 months or over and if you can't get around to beat a game and want to complain about the service witch is more then fair and can't find time in a 5 month spand. Then you are wasting your money on time you don't have. That's not sonys fault that's the customers fault for buying somthing that don't have time to commit too! Even when I buy games from the store I prioritize and play the games off of extra before playing what I permintly own.
Also a studio banking on one game franchise to keep them a float for a decade is not good strategy to me nor sound business practice. They should have worked on other projects besides using their whole studio for destiny only. Yes I know they got a new ip for 2025 but come on they should had atleast 4 or 5 games during the amount of time of destiny 1 and 2.. You only can milk the cow so much. You can show all these other games from other company's next to a Destiny expansion pack and it's going to slip through and people are going to go after the whole new games.
Bungie wasent to worried about it when they was getting their pockets lined from being bought. Maybe one day independent studios will stop selling out. Being bought means that very thing they own you and your business and can do whatever they won't with it. Bungie knowing this and what it took to get out of Microsoft and Activision seen it fit to give it a 3rd try after being screwed so many times. Don't learn from your mistakes then your doom to repeat them.
Remaster dam! Why aren't we getting the 2nd one that we seen a trailer on almost a decade ago at e3? It really does seem gaming is catching up with Hollywood on reboots and remasters because they have ran out of ideals. I simply belive they have no creative thinkers no more and half to cash in on the older people's creative product because they can't come up with their own product. I dident know when I beat a game on a ps2 or ps3 or hell even ps1. That when I'm in my 40s they expect you to play them again.
I agree 100% with this article Sony came out swinging in the 90s and took it seriously they have built a top shelf brand. Does that mean their always right or I blindly buy everything they put out? NO! Microsoft is not wanting to put work into being competitive and build their wanting to buy their way to the top. It don't work that way everything is earned. Yes they dominate the os market because they have snuffed or bought out any one who dared to complete with windows. Sony and Nintendo are the only true console competition. They was making strides with 360 they was doing well. Then with one e3 event completely killed that momentum with a 15min speech. Xbox one was crushed before it even launched. I enjoyed the black ops series more then Modern warfare because the close up death match style of game play. But I have agreed with this review a 100% and this has been my thoughts for close to a decade now! Cold war to me was the last decent one we got. This has all been played out in every senorio and played every way a war game can be played. It does need to be set down and discussed by the developers and a complete revamp of the franchise. A revamp not a reboot of some older game. To me their at the point were halo was we got the good ones one thru reach and then 4-6 was dry because they wasent refreshed enough. The series needs to ether just stop or do what sony did with God of War and do somthing completely differnt with it. Cod hasent been a must have release for me for close to a decade. It shows their stumped and running out of ideals and just milking the name by remastering MWF 1-3 and the talk of remastering black ops 3. Nobody gets to be king for ever and sooner or later the luck runs out.

I remeber when his company tried to charge pc customers to play online with Xbox live and the pc community laughed at them because pc players play online for free on every game. Then they ditched that ideal. If the last expansion ever sees the light of day witch is set to end the destiny 2 story. I highly doubt they will be a destiny 3. The game has struggled to begin with one expansion will be great and the next will awful rinse and repeat. This is what happens when you allow your self to be bought and sold by corporations. The same thing will indeed happen to Activision in time when Microsoft wants to trim the fat to try to recoup their big spending to buy the whole company. You wanna know how all this ends? It ends with sony and Microsoft owning the ip's and the developers being jobless.
This is the thing I beat the first and 2nd on dreamcast ok I was 18 then. I'm 41 now! Theirs no game that epic to take decades for the 4th installment!!! Yes the orignal had the button mechanics for fight scenes that latter games like uncharted and God of War integrated. But it wasent like a show stopping epic that could with stand the test of time lol. It's not starwars! Hell life moves on and alot of people just forgot about it. 20 years is along time! Another 10 or 20 years for another that my generation won't even beable to hold a controller. This is ridiculous! Atleast knock this story that has stretched decades before doing a prequel!
Maybe just maybe one day these independent studios will learn to stay independent!! Stop letting cooperation buy you! Yes both sony and Microsoft! Being a gamer for decades it's always the orignal console that collectors want down the road. If you look at the ps one and ps2 / ps3 slim those aren't the models collectors want. As long as my ps5 holds up its what I will have to the end of this generation. I see no point in switching out even if a ps5 pro did come out I wouldn't no point in having a upgrade for the last 3 years of a consoles lifespan. To be honest I think last generation of ps4 pro and Xbox one x was a one time thing we may never see again. Due to alot of reasons 1. Developers wasent happy having to Develop for 2 each of the same console. 2. People console game for a reason so they don't have to upgrade for 8 years. I upgrade my pc don't want it to be a factor for my console gaming. Nor do I want console gaming to go the way of the apple iPhone were their is constantly upgrades for that one generation of phone.

I've read some comments were some are against this. But as some one who has a launch ps5 and my wife bought her self one last year . We have went through 6 Controllers total ! We are in out 40s our home is a pet free smoke free home. We wash and dry our hands before playing to get oil and dead skin off of them. We take great care of all our things. We play cod/apex/fortnite togather and have 6 drift controllers and keep in mind I have been gaming since the commodore 64 and the atari 2600. First console ever ever ever to have stick drift. What kills me is all the bells and whistles in the dual sense but the joycons ware out in 6 months. I just want a controller that works and is not cheap. A controller can can vibrate your ass but it's no good if you can't play a game with it. I pre-orderd 2 of these bad boys to hell with dual sense edge too I'm not going to have more money in faulty ps5 consoles then the price of console. Sony quality build in controllers this Gen is piss poor
Good gaming franchise are made with blood sweat and tears they don't want to earn it. Like every one else has had too Nintendo and Sony has put effort into creating new and fresh ips that have had a major impact on gaming. Microsoft is wanting to buy up major studios that's been successful so they don't have to do the work because their unoriginal. This is captilism at its worst in America. @AFCC I enjoyed 11 had as much fun in it as I did the orignal mortal kombat trilogy. But every since I have seen 1 I was not impressed it looked like a step back. I'll keep playing street fighter 6 when I want to scratch that fights ich. I think it was rushed out to compete with all of these other fighters tekken and street fighter. I also think WB could have possible rushed neather realm to rush a game out to keep the mortal kombat hype going for the new movie. From what gameplay I've seen and from what I've read it's Luke warm at best and should have took another year to develop.

What I find hilarious 😂 is this the line up they use in the same month as outing the news of a big ps plus price hike to represent that! If I was a new person looking into maybe getting ps plus I'd say screw you keep that junk and I'll keep my money. My yearly sub of extra runs out in April of 2024. I'm not sure if I'm going to re up or not giving I'll be paying close to $200 for extra. That to me is a bit over board for a yearly subscription service.

Even when I buy games from the store I prioritize and play the games off of extra before playing what I permintly own.

Also a studio banking on one game franchise to keep them a float for a decade is not good strategy to me nor sound business practice. They should have worked on other projects besides using their whole studio for destiny only. Yes I know they got a new ip for 2025 but come on they should had atleast 4 or 5 games during the amount of time of destiny 1 and 2.. You only can milk the cow so much. You can show all these other games from other company's next to a Destiny expansion pack and it's going to slip through and people are going to go after the whole new games.

Bungie wasent to worried about it when they was getting their pockets lined from being bought. Maybe one day independent studios will stop selling out. Being bought means that very thing they own you and your business and can do whatever they won't with it. Bungie knowing this and what it took to get out of Microsoft and Activision seen it fit to give it a 3rd try after being screwed so many times. Don't learn from your mistakes then your doom to repeat them.

Remaster dam! Why aren't we getting the 2nd one that we seen a trailer on almost a decade ago at e3? It really does seem gaming is catching up with Hollywood on reboots and remasters because they have ran out of ideals. I simply belive they have no creative thinkers no more and half to cash in on the older people's creative product because they can't come up with their own product. I dident know when I beat a game on a ps2 or ps3 or hell even ps1. That when I'm in my 40s they expect you to play them again.

I agree 100% with this article Sony came out swinging in the 90s and took it seriously they have built a top shelf brand. Does that mean their always right or I blindly buy everything they put out? NO! Microsoft is not wanting to put work into being competitive and build their wanting to buy their way to the top. It don't work that way everything is earned. Yes they dominate the os market because they have snuffed or bought out any one who dared to complete with windows. Sony and Nintendo are the only true console competition. They was making strides with 360 they was doing well. Then with one e3 event completely killed that momentum with a 15min speech. Xbox one was crushed before it even launched. Kind of like the whole bud light thing. Their own company shot their self in the foot.

I enjoyed the black ops series more then Modern warfare because the close up death match style of game play. But I have agreed with this review a 100% and this has been my thoughts for close to a decade now! Cold war to me was the last decent one we got. This has all been played out in every senorio and played every way a war game can be played. It does need to be set down and discussed by the developers and a complete revamp of the franchise. A revamp not a reboot of some older game. To me their at the point were halo was we got the good ones one thru reach and then 4-6 was dry because they wasent refreshed enough. The series needs to ether just stop or do what sony did with God of War and do somthing completely differnt with it. Cod hasent been a must have release for me for close to a decade. It shows their stumped and running out of ideals and just milking the name by remastering MWF 1-3 and the talk of remastering black ops 3. Nobody gets to be king for ever and sooner or later the luck runs out.

I remeber when his company tried to charge pc customers to play online with Xbox live and the pc community laughed at them because pc players play online for free on every game. Then they ditched that ideal. Microsoft is just a sleeze of a company they have monopolized the pc operating system its ether windows or Mac os your only choices unless you count Linux witch is free but ms has tried to screw over so many times. Their trying their hardest to do it with video games. To monopoly it till you have no choice. Google how many game ips Microsoft owns its staggering before they even bought blizzard.

If the last expansion ever sees the light of day witch is set to end the destiny 2 story. I highly doubt they will be a destiny 3. The game has struggled to begin with one expansion will be great and the next will awful rinse and repeat. This is what happens when you allow your self to be bought and sold by corporations. The same thing will indeed happen to Activision in time when Microsoft wants to trim the fat to try to recoup their big spending to buy the whole company. You wanna know how all this ends? It ends with sony and Microsoft owning the ip's and the developers being jobless.

This is the thing I beat the first and 2nd on dreamcast ok I was 18 then. I'm 41 now! Theirs no game that epic to take decades for the 4th installment!!! Yes the orignal had the button mechanics for fight scenes that latter games like uncharted and God of War integrated. But it wasent like a show stopping epic that could with stand the test of time lol. It's not starwars! Hell life moves on and alot of people just forgot about it. 20 years is along time! Another 10 or 20 years for another that my generation won't even beable to hold a controller. This is ridiculous! Atleast knock this story that has stretched decades before doing a prequel!

This happens everytime they buy them then in order to shave the fat from the billion or million dollar studio they cut the employees of their newly owned studio they bought. Just wait for it! It's coming for Activision too. They have to start trying to get some of those billions back from the purchase.

Being a gamer for decades it's always the orignal console that collectors want down the road. If you look at the ps one and ps2 / ps3 slim those aren't the models collectors want. As long as my ps5 holds up its what I will have to the end of this generation. I see no point in switching out even if a ps5 pro did come out I wouldn't no point in having a upgrade for the last 3 years of a consoles lifespan. To be honest I think last generation of ps4 pro and Xbox one x was a one time thing we may never see again. Due to alot of reasons 1. Developers wasent happy having to Develop for 2 each of the same console. 2. People console game for a reason so they don't have to upgrade for 8 years. I upgrade my pc don't want it to be a factor for my console gaming. Nor do I want console gaming to go the way of the apple iPhone were their is constantly upgrades for that one generation of phone.

@trev666 That's exactly correct. Me and my wife both have a ps5 since February after launch. We live and a pet free smoke free home wash our hands before we play to get any grim off our hands. We are in our 40s and take great great care of our things as adults do. We have went through 6 dualsense controllers. 3 each and that's almost the cost of a whole norther console. I pre-orderd 2 of these ! We play cod and apex and it does not matter to me the thumb stick lay out. What matters to me is I can play and enjoy a game with out my controller drifting hard were it's unplayable. I'm done with dumping money into offical sony controllers. First system I've owned to ever have drift.

I've read some comments were some are against this. But as some one who has a launch ps5 and my wife bought her self one last year . We have went through 6 Controllers total ! We are in out 40s our home is a pet free smoke free home. We wash and dry our hands before playing to get oil and dead skin off of them. We take great care of all our things. We play cod/apex/fortnite togather and have 6 drift controllers and keep in mind I have been gaming since the commodore 64 and the atari 2600. First console ever ever ever to have stick drift. What kills me is all the bells and whistles in the dual sense but the joycons ware out in 6 months. I just want a controller that works and is not cheap. A controller can can vibrate your ass but it's no good if you can't play a game with it. I pre-orderd 2 of these bad boys to hell with dual sense edge too I'm not going to have more money in faulty ps5 consoles then the price of console. Sony quality build in controllers this Gen is piss poor

Good gaming franchise are made with blood sweat and tears they don't want to earn it. Like every one else has had too Nintendo and Sony has put effort into creating new and fresh ips that have had a major impact on gaming. @AFCC I enjoyed 11 had as much fun in it as I did the orignal mortal kombat trilogy. But every since I have seen 1 I was not impressed it looked like a step back. I'll keep playing street fighter 6 when I want to scratch that fights ich. I think it was rushed out to compete with all of these other fighters tekken and street fighter. I also think WB could have possible rushed neather realm to rush a game out to keep the mortal kombat hype going for the new movie. From what gameplay I've seen and from what I've read it's Luke warm at best and should have took another year to develop.

Yea well were done in a busted economy were people are scrapping to get by let them keep temping fate to the point its no longer a deal and watch how install base falls because people can't afford it. What I find hilarious 😂 is this the line up they use in the same month as outing the news of a big ps plus price hike to represent that! If I was a new person looking into maybe getting ps plus I'd say screw you keep that junk and I'll keep my money. My yearly sub of extra runs out in April of 2024. I'm not sure if I'm going to re up or not giving I'll be paying close to $200 for extra. That to me is a bit over board for a yearly subscription service.
