@LogicStrikesAgain Just miserable. I do genuinely wonder if I should spend as much time browsing the comments as I do. It really is becoming a drag. Between the constant negativity and the trolls it's just dull.

It's a shame as I'm loving Saros. I've finished it but it's got me hooked enough to still be playing it. I suspect I'll be playing it for a while yet. Superb game.

@Blauwe_Chimay Hell Let Loose Vietnam releases on the 18th June. They announced it within the last few weeks or so. Hoping it's gonna be good 😊

@Swandivetotheasphalt I made an account here just to make use of the ignore button. I'm sick to death reading the same commentors posting the same BS every single article. Complaining and moaning about everything. A bit of criticism is fine but some are just clearly trolling.

@Oram77 Don't forget Avowed and the Outer Worlds 2 as well. Some people love the snide remarks aimed at flops or games they're not interested in. Someone has to provide some balance eh? So I've been told before.

@Skinny-Pete As someone said above that's the typical attitude to Bethesda games and that's why they get away with it. It's nothing to do with it being a Microsoft game. The game has been out for over 2 years on Xbox already. No excuse for how bad it's been on ps for some players. It should have launched in a better state.

@DestructionAllstars How about the studios who've made good critically acclaimed games and were shut down after the game didn't sell as well as intended? Did they deserve to be shut down too?

Maybe you think they were bad games. Plenty of people here enjoyed some of their games judging by the comments.

@Yousef- Awesome? You think it's great people are losing their jobs? I don't get this mentality these days. People cheering on studio closures. And some of them call themselves gamers.

Can't wait to get stuck into this game. Returnal is one of my favourites from this gen.

@Nexozi Oh sure I agree with you about Horizon.Some people will be disappointed. They're great games. I don't think it'll matter much if they do go back on bringing games to PS for anything else they've released so far though. I have no interest in the next Xbox as I'm not interested in pc gaming and they're bringing games to PS as of now. If that changes then I may have to get an Xbox at some point to play the games I'll be missing out on again. Although if the price rumours prove accurate it'll be way down the line.

@Nexozi Uproar from who really? Most of the releases don't appear to have really sold all that well at all. I don't think there'd be much fuss at all. I think every console maker should have exclusives anyways. Gives us a reason to buy multiple machines and usually first party games bring out the best on the systems.

@Th3solution Yup totally agree. They need to stop releasing games so I can catch up. That's not counting the backlog I've got on XSX, Switch and Steamdeck 🤣 It's a fight I'll never win.

@SMJ I don't agree at all. And I'm old enough to have started gaming on a ZX Spectrum. I've owned every generation of PS and the PS5 has been a great gen for me personally. I've got no shortage of games to play. I've got a sizeable PS5 backlog already. There isn't enough time to play all the games I want to play. There's been plenty of great first party games as well. Do I want more of them? Sure. We all know the live service push has affected that though and it'll take more time to get back on track. So if someone has a PS for exclusives only then they're gonna be going through a dry spell for a while at times. Other than that? I wish I had more hours in the day for all the great games releasing.

@ElectricWizard There's plenty of console warring articles posted over there. They report on lots of ps news even when it isn't relevant to Xbox at all.

@UltimateOtaku91 Yeah Pure is just as bad when it comes to these articles. And I've noticed some of the commenters who like to condemn the practice on here are never anywhere in sight doing the same when it comes to Pure.

Ps5 - I'm working my way through Cronos the new dawn. Nearly finished it now. Really enjoyed it.
XSX - I'll play some Avowed and try and stick with it this time. It's not really grabbing me so far.
Switch 2 - I bought DK bananza during the week so I'll be starting that and hopefully loving it.
Steamdeck - I started playing Final Fantasy x again recently so I'll be dabbling with that. Maybe some Deep Rock Survivors.
I'll also be messing around with some Arc Raiders and Marathon as well I'd imagine. Have a good weekend everyone.

Returnal is still one of my faves from this generation so I'm looking forward to Saros a lot. Day one for sure.

@HonestHick Yeah no one has to like every game they both make. Yep everyone knows Xbox is your preferred. It's just the way certain people conduct themselves. I saw someone call you out on gloating the other day as well. It's all this "I'm neutral and love every console maker" crap and then carry on slagging off one whilst the other can do no wrong. It's tedious. Dull as dishwater. There's Nothing wrong with some criticism. Or banter. It goes beyond that most of the time though.

@Gemini53 Hey buddy. I've seen you on pure and it's good to have another sensible take on here too. I'm very much a console gamer myself. PC has never appealed to me. I did buy a steam deck a few years ago and I love it. I haven't had to tinker around much at all to get games to run thankfully which has always been what's put me off gaming on pc. That and the costs.

I'm all for consoles having exclusives as well. I think it brings out the best in each console. Playstation is my main platform but I've always bought an Xbox every generation. With all the uncertainty and the Xbox releasing games on ps now I don't really have any reason to buy any future Xbox consoles. Which is a shame. Just have to wait and see what happens in the next few years I suppose.

@Fiendish-Beaver I feel for you man. I think everyone on these sites realise you're a big Xbox man. And I usually always agree with your posts. You must feel like you were banging your head against a brick wall trying to get your points across and you were just shot down. It did make me chuckle when you were called a psfanboy and a troll by a certain member over on pure 😂 PS is my main platform but I've owned every generation of Xbox. I just like to game. But as you've been saying I've got absolutely no reason to buy Xbox consoles anymore. Why would I? Which is a shame as I like having a reason to own all consoles. There's just no trust in anything Xbox do anymore.

@LogicStrikesAgain Well I think you do a really good job of balancing it out. There's a lot of good sensible posters on here but sometimes it just gets drowned out by all the negativity.
For me there's not enough hours in the day to game. I've no idea how people have nothing to play, or so they claim. I'm swamped 😄

@LogicStrikesAgain As usual, I totally agree with your post. I’m honestly loving this generation — I’ve got such a backlog I can barely keep up with all the new releases. Despite the constant negativity on here, there have been plenty of great games to play.
I’ve lurked for years and only recently made an account because I got tired of seeing the same posters complain about everything. There’s nothing wrong with fair criticism, but when it’s nonstop negativity, it just becomes exhausting.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who appreciates you pushing back against that.

@OldGamer999 Does it matter? Who cares about the score. Go and play some games. How many of your beloved Xbox games score a 90 or over? Does it stop you gushing all over it?

@UltimateOtaku91 yeah I agree. It's a hard read on here at times. Way too much negativity and you just know a lot of it isn't genuine. No harm in criticism and complaining about decisions etc but with some people it's just everyday, every post.
