I feel like I've been waiting for this a whole life time. Elder Scrolls 4, RE Code Veronica, a new Killzone ( a remake of the first would be awesome) and a Ninja Gaiden sequel are all I want now.

Nope. 700 hundred quid (904 Dollars) is a joke for a hardware downgrade. I could buy an Asus Rog Ally X for that much, which I don't own. I'm honestly not sure if I'll ever buy this pro. Which is a shame because I always buy upgrade consoles. The PS2 slim, all 3 PS3 versions and PS4 and PS4 pro were all purchased by me. But here I honestly feel Sony are taking the p*ss. I'm getting that 'arrogant no one is in our league so we'll do what we want' vibe from them just like the PS3 when it launched

@McTwist absolutely agree 100%. Killzone 2 is still my favourite Sony exclusive to this day, but it was far more realistic than Horizon. The dark oppressive atmosphere and war-torn lands. The story was excellent. I hope Sony at least pass on the development for a new Killzone so we can see something close to the awesome K2 but they haven't even released any of the trilogy on the PS4 or PS5 so I'm not holding my breath.

@Mustoe thanks! I love yours as well, and Quake and pretty much every thing ID have done. DooM 3 and Dead Space 1 are my favourite horror games. I really want a true horror-like sequel to Doom 3. Not holding my breath to be honest. As for my original comment I don't deny that by PS7 it will be all digital. I just don't think analysts have any more of clue than anyone else. I've read several times analysts making nonsense predictions that haven't happened.

@Danbottomburp hmm I'm the opposite I guess. I listen to Death/Extreme Metal and have almost all my albums purchased from Bandcamp and Amazon digitally and downloaded and transferred to an DAP. With games I own a lot of digital but also physical especially collector editions and I REALLY don't want to see an end to it.

The truth is Microsoft like many big companies don't like talented developers who create great games from the perspective of gamers. They want to create games from the perspective of business eyes. Free to Play/pay to win BS and loot boxes is the future of gaming to Ubisoft EA and Microsoft

Regarding the Multiple devices comment I think you have to remember that Microsoft has already been releasing games on Steam and Nintendo digital stores. Ori is playable on the Switch and seeing as tho Halo and GOW is available on Steam and the Steam Deck which is a hybrid of a PC and Console it's probably likely what is being referred to here. I could be wrong tho

Dead Space remake and it isn't even close

@ShogunRok that kind of seems shady to me. Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 got paid upgrade. To not have that and not have a physical is pretty ***** and doesn't give me much incentive to buy. I'll wait for a sale. Thanks for the reply

@ShogunRok sorry if I missed it in the review but regarding people like me who purchased the original is it possible to upgrade for a smaller fee? rather than pay the full price of the new version. And do you know if we'll get a physical copy in the west? (preferably PAL)

I don't see the point in releasing these on the PS5. I already have the PS4 versions. The save files are not transferable. There's no upgraded features in comparison to the PS4 versions. Am I missing something?

@Constable_What 100%. Exactly what I was going to write. I love games like DooM 3 and even Alien Isolation lets you use weapons to some degree. I absolutely LOVE my first person horror but no weapons and running like a coward isn't fun at all. I'm looking forward to Quantum Error not this

@sanderson72 exactly what I was going to type. I want the game but I'm going to wait for a sale price because I'd rather not support digital only. Especially not for a big AAA game. It's ***** because Alone in the Dark was going to be my alternative for this year but that's been pushed to next year. Maybe Limited Run will release a physical edition maybe

@rawzeku I don't see how Capcom can avoid RE:CV anymore. There's no more older Resident Evil left to remake. 1 2 3 4 have all had a remakes 5 and 6 remakes make no sense and not many people are asking for them. Not as much as CV. Unless they turn their attention to Dino Crisis instead. But I seriously think that CV is the most wanted remake now from the entire Capcom back catalogue

@mrtennis1990 unfortunately not, unless maybe they're on PlayStation now (streaming). The best way to play is the 360 version on the Xbox one or Series X or failing that the PS3 versions which are also excellent.

@mrtennis1990 I strongly recommend you play Dead Space 1 and 2. Two of the best games iv ever played. Dead Space 2 is a clear 10/10 horror experience for me.

I'm sooooo f*#@**g happy! Dead Space means the world to me. I had almost given up hope on seeing anything Dead Space related again. I still hate EA for bringing and end to Visceral but this is good news. Now all we need is a horror Doom like Doom 3 and I'll be the happiest guy in the world.

Looks like a spiritual successor to Doom 3, of which I'm a massive fan so I'll definitely check it out. Hopefully they've still got to work on the enemies who I noticed made no sound whatsoever which was strange

Rest in peace beautiful Vita. I loved you dearly. Other people shuned you for an inferior console cough 3ds cough they couldn't see that you had a better screen and nicer looking games. You were even easier to hold and didn't give me hand cramps. They claimed that you had no games yet games were being released years after they made these stupid factless statements. I loved you then as I do now. May you rest easy 😭
