When I saw the inputs at the back of the Ps5, I knew they would abandon it.

If they were comited, they would integrate the hdmi box of the actual vr in the inputs/outputs of the console to avoid hdr/hdmi 2.1 problems.

Well, I want full bc, I have a lot of digital ps3 and ps4, 99% digital maybe. I don't want 3 consoles connect to my avr when the xbox only needs one hdmi for 4 generations.

So with all this Sony indefinition and mystery, I started to buy all the 3rd party games on my xbox, at least they are transparent on the BC Roadmap.

I see a lot of ppl here saying that bc is not important, new games are, but there's plenty of money to be made on BC, and Ms see's it, I still spend money on some x360 games, I'm sure there's lots of ppl doing the same.

So many people worried about the microphone, and yet they have firetv, appletv, nvidia shields and many more then I remember with remotes that have mic, on the living room and bedroom's. Hell, even my lg tv has a freaking mic on the remote!

@Mince the point is, you can use the old one in another room, my xbox one x is moving to the bedroom when the new series x arrives. Can't say the same for my og ps4 unfortunately.

@oldschool1987 even the controllers will work both on every xbox consoles, right now xbox is very pro consumer and I like it.

I will get both of course, but ps5 just for exclusives.

@Bondi_Surfer well considering my situation of having a ps4 and an xbox one x, one of the company's says the game I bought works on both my old and new console, it seens like a good start for choosing.

For me this a is stupid move from Sony, I have a og ps4 with a very big backlog of games, I didn't bought a ps4 Pro counting that ps5 would run all my games, hoping for some to run with better performance. This thinking that they would go for the same route of xbox.

Now I going to continue to buy all my multi plat games on my xbox one x, since they are committed to all work on series x and with better performance.

Remasters are dead, they just need to patch it and keep selling the game that is already made. Remasters of ps3/ps2 is understanding since no bc, even though multiplatform games will maybe be rare because of xbox bc compatibility going to xbox og and being an hard sell there.

It's easy, just think any game that has been free in humble bundle, epic store, or any other game that had been offered for free in some random email. That will be one of the games in plus.

Just add atmos for headphones like xbox. Sony is stagnated in sound/video options.

Big diference in framerate between the consoles, having a og ps4 I will pass this one.

Already have on xbox and pc, it's nice for the year price but, not going to pay for another platform.

@Ryumoau They better up the quality, since Games With gold continues to offer xbox one, 360 and OG xbox games. They're just going to make the service look worse by comparison if not.

@rjejr ps4 has 3d support, developers simply don't support it, Trine 2 has 3d.
