Re: PlayStation 2 Emulation All But Confirmed for PS4

This is fantastic potentially official news (fingers crossed!). I hope the Star Wars games will at least be available for purchase later. My main wish list: Shadow if the Colossus, Street Fighter III Third Strike, and all the Soul Reaver/Legacy of Kain PS2 games!

Re: Talking Point: Should Sony Build an Elite DualShock 4 Controller for PS4?

In my mind, a controller is half the console. Checking out my buddy's Xbox One I noticed the triggers on that controller are exquisite. Very smooth action. The PS4's triggers feel like cheap springs. And I love the controller, but I'd totally, if well worth it, buy an elite controller. Or, perhaps, it's the controller we deserved the whole time...

Re: Sony Stresses There Are Still First-Party PS Vita Games in Production

PS Vita FOREVERRR! I'll NEVER let it die! Personally, I'll always love having a Playstation in my pocket. I take my Vita and 3DS with me everywhere. There are plenty of console experiences on them. There was a time when all I had were these devices because my life was pretty busy. I think we're desensitized and spoiled by our beautiful home consoles (I DO love my PS4). But portable gaming has truly gotten me through some long waits, especially when traveling. Something no crappy mobile device can do. Touch screens alone don't cut it; I need real buttons. I'll always want a handheld game device from a company with good history. Relevant to this piece of news though, I'm not sure why Sony feels the need to straighten out the details of this tragically abandoned handheld at this point.

Re: Play Hundreds of PS3 Games on Your PS4, Vita in the Free PlayStation Now Trial

I'm in the states, but I've tried the trial and I'm just not a fan of streaming full games. Not a fan of it shutting me down in the middle of an important gaming session, due to the connection. Have no connection issues with PS4 games so, go figure. Plus the audio sounds like a messed up cassette tape. Until they/someone makes a way for older games to be fully downloaded, I'll never get on board. Good thing I still have a PS2 haha.
