Isn't throne and liberty supposed to be coming out in September?

I would prefer a remake on 8 and 9 first, coz I haven't played those. 13 was my first FF game, so yeah I'd like a remake one day, but not before 8 and 9.

But doesn't make sense to mention a PC port on playstation store. I've never seen a game on playstation store say available on pc too.

Isn't this copyright infringement? Why isn't Sony blocking them from the store? I looked on steam and there's actually quite a few games on there with exit 8 added at the end of their name.

I don't think I've heard of this before or ever was interested in it. Just curious what they've been working on or released the past 10 years.

I think it probably wasn't up to aniplex. It could have been type moon who chose switch and steam. And they probably chose aniplex for localisation.

I think visual novels are best played on a handheld, in my opinion. Reading too much on big bright TV would hurt my eyes, but on a handheld would be more comfortable.

Yeah I think they shouldn't have bought bungie. I think they should have just invested in London Studio and Japan Studio, instead of shutting them down.

That looks like 1 setting has been bumped up to ultra, the rest look the same. Except the number that says 0.6 to 0.8. not sure what that means tho.

I bought this game on PS3 around the same time I got a PS4, so didn't get a chance to play it. I think I was waiting and hoping for them to add backwards compatibility.

@PuppetMaster it's not the whole of Microsoft. I think it was the marketing team. I think Microsoft gave their marketing team a small amount of money and told them to work with it. So that's why the marketing team said they don't have the budget.

Microsoft just ain't got the talent for marketing. Like how many people bought an xbox one x thinking it was the series x. They flopped with the name. And a better or simpler name might have helped sell the console more. Coz I'm sure a lot of people were confused with the name and sometimes confusion can deter people from buying something.

If I see a game that has a delayed release for standard purchases, I'm not going to buy that game. Even if it's a franchise I love. I'll wait for a sale and then buy it. I'm not in a rush to play anything new. I have a lot of games I can play that I haven't finished yet.

Would have been nice if the artwork was on the console instead of the box.

The playstation symbol has been available since launch for those that were using a playstation controller.

I've only played blazblue from arc system works. And I only know them to make 2D fighting games. Have they done a 3D game before? I'm curious to see what it looks like.

These icons can be used as placeholders for now, maybe get changed in future. Like if the game is successful, they could have the option to spend a little extra on designing new icons.

Is it a free to play gacha? Do you play as different characters from the anime or create your own character? How many players can play together?

@Hyena_socks if it's like genshin impact, should be fine even with slow download speeds. Just gotta be connected online. If you're playing by yourself, I don't think there would be any lag. I've played genshin impact on a bad internet connection and didn't lag.

They give you your first 100 free and that's how they get you hooked and wanting more.

I haven't really played anything this week and haven't yet finished persona 3 reload. So probably play that tomorrow.

Hate it when games do that, I like it when you can unlock new outfits.

Does that mean some of the dungeon options might have a better loot than others? Like a powerful weapon on the harder dungeon? Or do all dungeons from the choices have same loot?

The first AC would need a remake and I think the ezio collection would be nice if it was remade into 1 game, combining all 3 maybe.

If they bring emulation to the PS5, I might get a PS5, if they let me download all the PS3 games I own. I remember buying a few digital PS3 games around the time I got a PS4, so I never got around to playing them.

I don't know what was the exact question asked to xbox, but I think they were just replying to say that they can't comment on what deals happen on other platforms, not really trying to hint that there was a deal.

I didn't watch the video but out of what was highlighted in the article, Metaphor is the only one for me. Would also have been assassin's creed shadows, but it's not on my preferred platform. So I guess I miss out on that.

@PuppetMaster yeah thanks I knew gravity rush was by japan studio. I didn't know about soul sacrifice. But yeah I had them both on vita. Also didn't know there was an expansion for it. I wasn't on sites like these back then, so I didn't see it talked about anywhere.

@get2sammyb I don't think they should do it with something like last of us, or an existing ip. But for making something new, I think it would be ok to make the game short and cheap. That way, they could have more titles out. But big companies should still keep making big games, with something small on the side would be nice.

@PuppetMaster oh I bought gravity rush 1 on ps vita and also soul sacrifice. I didn't realise that was by sony. Or might have forgotten haha. But yeah soul sacrifice was really good. It's kinda like monster hunter.

I also have been saying that we don't need a lot ultra high graphics settings for games, if it takes longer to make. I wouldn't mind a PS3/4 graphics game, if it's quicker to make. Also wouldn't mind shorter games, that's also cheap in price, but with the option to expand the story with later DLCs, if it sells well and people want more. I don't usually buy DLCs, unless it's like a sequel or extra story expansion for a game I really like. Just not DLCs like micro transactions, or when a feature is locked behind a special edition of the game, like Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth, where they put "new game +" in a paid DLC. That still bothers me. But the game is awesome haha.

Is there a global sales chart, like all the regions combined? I think I've only seen either just UK or just Japan, but none combining all regions. Also would like to see PC games sales included too, along with console games.

@NEStalgia I own the full game on 2 PS accounts. And had to make a third square enix account on PC to play the trial. The trial also has some limitations, like you can't start a group, you have to be invited. So if you wanted to play with another trial user, you can't. And once you upgrade to the full game version, you can't go back to the free trial.

The reason I have the full game on 2 ps accounts is coz I originally bought it on PS3 and when I got the PS4, there was a free upgrade option. And then I played a bit before I lost interest. Made a new ps account coz I didn't like my old psn name. At the time you couldn't change it. And there was a limited time that ff14 was free to keep the full game. So I got that, played for a bit and lost interest again. I didn't play long, coz I was playing alone and would have preferred to play with a friend. And you can't really play with friends if you're on the trial version, unless you have a friend that has the full game version.
