If the Sony deal is real and remains silent about it. The developer putting blame on xbox hardware just hurts their relationship in the long run.

This is a 10/10 game. Got it on release for PS5 after watching a PS Access stream and have about 25% of the trophies already. This is such a fun game and yes, addictive.

So many devs have remarked that the Series S has been difficult to work with this generation. Xbox should be working with the team, rather than trying to play the victim to a non existing exclusivity deal.

I want Rescue Mission on PSVR2! That's what I really want!

Oh this is fantastic! I never finished this game on PSVR1, so I will definitely upgrade this. Plus get the 2nd game when I can.

I've been so excited for this since the reveal. The fact that is day one on PS+ Extra is a bonus, as I would have bought this Day One.

I have the originals on the ps4, but this is actually making me consider it. But with Lollipop Chainsaw, Shadows of the Damned and this released close to each other, I'm leaning more to SotD for release and get the others once they hit the sale. Though this report has me tempted to see all the improvements.

Just saw that Dead Rising Remaster is £45 as well. I will probably buy Lollipop and hold off buying DR. Dead Rising has been rebuilt on the RE engine.

I certainly don't want Insomniac to be known as the Marvel studio from now on, and hope they get back to their own IPs. I mean, they don't say it will ever happen with Sunset Overdrive, just not right now.

Happy to pick up Borderlands 3, though I can't make heads or tails about the different "cuts" dlc. Haven't played NHL since mega drive, but enjoyed a recent NoClip doc on the series, so might actually give this a go. Can't believe they put Among Us in this, but will get go back to this to finish off trophies.

With a new PS2 emulator and Sly's release showing good numbers for Sony, I can't see why they wouldn't try to pursue making a PS3 emulator for PS5. It's all about the money!

I had always hoped we would see more from it, but I'm genuinely not surprised. They never gave it a chance, just like with the first release. The price completely screwed any chance of it doing well day one, and then the complete lack of first party support has led to its downfall. Thanks Sony.

As we get further into the generation, devs are signalling they are hampered by Xbox Series S's specs. Microsoft have certainly held games back and I'm glad devs can just release and work on their ports with more time.

As others have said, I think the 8k potential meant I thought we were getting guaranteed 4k.

@andrewsqual no, I was speaking about Sony showing The Last of Us Part 2, Ghosts of Tsushima, and Death Stranding on repeat for years. Last of Us being the particular culprit that was shown since 2016. Sony was criticised for showing those three too many times before release. So yeah, they have taken it on board to show things when games are closer to being ready.

Everyone online body made fun of Sony for announcing things years in advance, and more snippets each year until release. So yeah, Sony took it to heart and are only announcing things once they are about ready and once they are certain.

Fantastic to see more PS2 games going up on Premium

Really loved this game, and just into new game plus now to finish up the last couple of trophies. The lack of the compass on the hud was one of my only real gripes about the open world sections of the game while playing. Frequently hitting the scan button to see if I'm heading in the right direction was annoying. It would be good if they added markers as well.

It will get announced next week for the week after, we will get hyped and then all the games we all expected and hoped to see will not get shown at all. It's the same every year. I really wish it wasn't this way.

I think the only other Xbox exclusive I'm holding out for is State of Decay. I played a month of gamepass on mobile and it was one game that had me coming back for more.

Kicking myself I didn't buy it when it was £4 but I've got both versions now. Will finish ps4 at some point but enjoying the ps5 version brand new.

1. Drop the price
2. Build a team to port PSVR1 games
3. Pay Capcom to port RE7 and make RE2 and 3 VR.
4. Just get your wallet out in general to any studio that hints at VR development.
5. Pay Valve for the Half Life Alyx port we all assumed you were trying to get.

Really sorry to everyone else in the comments but I got to say this actually looked good and I would have definitely played this.

And yet, they can think PS5 is only halfway through its life cycle with game budgets in the 9 figures... slow down, you're destroying your studios and laying good people off.

@extragood you are right. Even though it is not listed as such, it does cite controller vibration for ps4 version and haptic feedback for ps5.

I am very excited for Pacific Drive and have that preordered on the PS Store.

Can someone point me to the PS4 version of this because the PS5 version is the only version on the digital store when looking in the app?

Phil's the one probably trying to fight this but it will be the Microaoft board pushing for this to happen. If Game Pass and PS + subs are plateauing then it makes financial sense to get the games on other platforms. Sony isn't going to accept game pass, so they'll need to go the individual game route.

I'm sure I heard about this game ages ago from Golem on twitter. Nice that it's finally been confirmed and released. It plays well, and happy to see some kind of entry in the Silent Hill series again.

Imagine Little Devil Inside popped up again... that would be welcome. I'm hoping for an update on Plucky Squire and some more PSVR2 stuff
