Fellow Berserk fans, it's been a long and arduous road, but we're finally here.
The legendary manga and anime franchise is returning to the video game fold... as part of a collaboration with Diablo.
The freshly announced crossover is "coming soon" to both Diablo 4 the much-meme'd Diablo Immortal on mobile.
All we've got to go on right now is the below teaser trailer; an animated short that features a barbarian wearing Guts' iconic Berserker Armour, and wielding the Dragon Slayer.
We're going to assume this collaboration will to boil down to premium cosmetics, but you never know — maybe players can look forward to a quest or in-game event. We'll update this article as soon as more information is revealed.

I liked Berzerk on the Atari and Vectrex
What, that's not even Guts but just some rando blizzard dark fantasy template dude!? If it's an entire berserk campaign I'm in. If it's just some lame crossover skins I'll remain just as interested in blizzard as before, which is not at all.
I am still playing every season of D4, and as a huge Berserk fan (got all mangas, watched both anime versions), I am more than curious about what this cooperation will be about.
I guess they had to wait for Kentaro Miura to die to dare do this : a random Kratos lookalike barbarian wearing the real berserker armor and wielding the Dragon Slayer in a live service mobile game. They couldn't be more insulting than this... or can they?
I enjoyed finding Gut's and Griffith's armour in Dragon's Dogma way back (and I believe Dragon's Dogma Online did something similar).
If I can unlock Berserk armour and weapon skins in Diablo IV I'd probably go back for a weekend.
I won't be paying for it though.

Kratos in Guts gear in Diablo 4... now I've seen it all.
Was just reading the last chapters of Berserk too. It's now being made by Miura's assistants with the story retold by a friend of Miura (that he previously explained the ending of the series). It's not the same as it was of course, but I'm happy to see the continuation of the story.
@Shepherd_Tallon unfortunately, I believe if they release Berserk inspired armour, it might be on the shop (paying platinum). Crossing fingers for some free unlockable stuff

@Olmaz Don't tempt them, they can ALWAYS do worse.
Feels strange seeing Kratos instead of Guts...feels wrong, at least with Dragons Dogma, you could pretty much make Guts.
It's clearly going to be on the shop, it's modern blizz who charge ridiculous amounts for any mogs.
