Like any live service game from time-to-time, Helldivers 2 is going through a bit of a rocky patch right now. In a recent apologetic blog post, dev Arrowhead promised to get the game back on track, following a wave of negativity aimed at the Swedish studio’s balance changes and overall communication.
And now it’s broken the emergency glass on an upcoming Legendary Warbond: a crossover with Warhammer 40k.
The announcement video doesn’t actually reveal much, other than that the collaboration is coming later in the year. But I suspect you can expect themed armour, vehicles, and other related accoutrements.
These two series fit together perfectly, so it’s pretty much the ideal crossover as far as I’m concerned.
