'Indeed, this game absolutely doesn't exist but wouldn't it be terrific if it did?' This game DOES exist. On WiiU. Want to play it? Get a WiiU. It's that simple. I can't stand the "Nintendo games suck I can't wait to play them on PS4 " mentality that people have lately, it's absolutely disgusting.
One of the most annoying things about the 7th gen (with the overload of trashy AAA multiplats) (and aside from the fact that it's now "okay" to charge for online that -should- be free-) is that it has taught casuals that they can have any game they want on any platform they want, as if that's normal thing. Spoilers: it's not. You don't see Killzone on PC. You don't see Mario on PS4. You don't see Halo on WiiU. First party been this way for decades and it's not going to change anytime in the foreseeable future. If it were, as stupid as it would be, why the hell would you even want it on a closed platform of all things? Why the hell not PC, where you can use any controller, the online doesn't require extra cash and you have about a million more tools are your disposal for customizing/ recording/ streaming or whatever else?
It will never change people's minds. They think that Wii U owners do not deserve third party games but PS4 owners deserve Nintendo games. This does not go for all Sony fans, just the fanboys. The only reason I am getting a PS4 is for KH3, but if it comes to the Wii U then I will have no need for a PS4. I hate that people think Nintendo is doomed but they overlook Sony burying itself trying to compete, money wise, with Microsoft.
That said, I think they meant it as flattery in the article, so don't take it too hard.
Because wanting more games on your platform of choice is wrong because we aren't all rich and can't afford every system.
I've seen non fanboy desire of Uncharted on Wii U and 360, I've seen non fanboy desore of Halo on Playstation. Come down, there is nothing wrong with wanting another system's exclusives on another system.
Theoretically speaking, if a Nintendo-exclusive game - like Zelda - appeared on a the PS4, I'd buy it in a second. That's not to say that it'll ever happen (of course it won't) but really all I think the article was suggesting was that the game is fantastic.

Since you're not allowed to say what you really want because you're a staffer, I'll say it for you. The article was a fun piece that got ruined because of some hypocritcal a**hurt Nintendo b*tches. People need to grow the f*ck up. In no way was the article suggest Nintendo games were coming to Sony consoles, but it was suggested by one person it'd be cool if they did. As Jaz007 pointed out, there's nothing wrong with wanting more games on your platform and despite was the Nintendo slaves will say I've seen plenty wish for Halo or other non-Nintendo exclusives to be on their platform. I also constantly see the Nintendolts saying Nintendo should buy Capcom, drives me nuts because I still like some Capcom games and want to play them on PS4. But you don't see me crying about Nintendo fans suggesting Capcom should be bought by their corporate mother and I don't go around saying 'Sony shouldn't buy Capcom.' The article was a for fun write up on what was probably a slow news day. Grow up, stop worshipping giant corporations (something nobody over the age of 8 should be doing) and move on.
I don't understand why Nintendo fanboys don't want Zelda on PS4. Maybe they just don't like cool visual effects. And want to play games with outdated graphics. Eh..... fanboys =))).

All of the consoles are outdated. You want your cool visual effects, they have PC's for that. Besides, it does not matter how pretty the games are, if they gameplay is turd-like. Just look at Ryse.
I agree. Specifically about fanboys complaining about how games on other platforms suck, and then wanting to try them out only if they're on their platform of choice. It's not like demos don't exist as Best Buy or Game Stop, there's nothing stopping you from trying it out without having it on your system.

Try actually reading the post next time. He said specifically that PC would be the better choice instead of a closed system. Your post is practically the same thing he was mocking early on. Also, you're silly for thinking that console graphics are impressive. It's very easy to say that "every PS4 game has outdated, trash graphics when compared to PC. ; ] ] ] ] ]"

Typical Nintendo corporate slave getting touchy over nothing.
Telling the guy with the Persona avatar, who has said literally nothing about either company, that he's a Nintendo fanboy. Makes complete sense. The only "slave" here is you.

Why not just buy it anyway?
I'm someone who wishes every game was DRM free and on PC. Will it ever happen? No. Does that mean I'm going to go around complaining about how that isn't the case? No. I love Sony games, so I own a Sony system. I'm not going to go around any cry that Killzone, a game that would be much better on PC, isn't. In the same vein, people shouldn't be whiny about Zelda being on Nintendo's systems. I'm not addressing this to the article writer specifically, just at fanboys in general. It's depressing reading comments like "Gemarto" 's because these kinds of people are unfortunately the most abundant and vocal in the video game community.
I actually like the article the OP mentioned and I cant see where it says that anyone wants first party games on another system, if anything it was a what if. I mean I here Nintendo fans always complaining that Nintendo needs a Halo or an Uncharted but when the tables are turn they are the first to complain. I guess they just dont like the fact that Nintendo is not the end all to the video game industry like they think they are.

I had a Zelda avatar not too long ago, I've had plenty of PS and Xbox related avatars, an avatar is an avatar, doesn't mean anything. As far as me being a corporate slave for any company. Ask people who comment here regularly and read my comments on a daily basis how big a corporate slave I am. Just like the guy who started this thread, you're somebody getting upset that somebody dares to want a Nintendo on a Sony platform. Ridiculous, get over it.
Touchy Nintendo fan... Like you guys never wanted a NON Nintendo game on your Wii U?
@gamer83 Isn't a loyal fan to any company. He loves gaming in general but does give a 2 $h*ts about fanboy wars. He changes his avatar everytime he is playing a new game. Last month he had Zelda link between worlds.
Wow, Nintendo fans are so mad...=) I really don't care about Zeldas and Marios myself. Just can't undertand why you don't want to play them on console with best graphics, that's all. No offence to Wii U and all. Just curious.
I am a little bit Monster Hunter fan, but don't buy 3DS and MH4, because I don't want Monster Hunter on 3DS. It has bad graphics, bad controls, I was tired of that crap on PSP. Always wanted Monster Hunter to shine on PS3, and was so glad when they announced Vita. Thought that finally I will be able to play Monster Hunter I wanted to play. But, meh.... So I told sayounara to Monster Hunter =(((... Nintendo and Capcom just destroyed my dream =(. So, the point is, I always eager to see my favourite games with better graphics possible. And I assume, that you don't, OK... =) Don't you glad that you'll be able to play Zelda in HD on Wii U? =)

LOL, I can only imagine what trolls from NLife will be thinking when they read that post. I can't say I disagree with you about the Wii U though. This graphics don't matter nonsense has to stop, the way some people act you'd think it's impossible for a game to have great graphics, story and gameplay all in one when plenty of games proven that theory wrong. And what frustrates me most about Nintendo is it has more money than Sony, it pulls in more $$$$ than the Xbox division does for MS and imo 3DS proves Nintendo is capable of making super powered hardware so there's no reason Wii U shouldn't have been up to par spec wise with the competition. Right up through the GC era Nintendo was cutting edge all the time with its home consoles that's why it's so disappointing to me now that it's content to lay back. I still plan to get the U at some point though. Gotta get my Zelda fix.
I dislike people acting as if certain aspects are exclusive to Nintendo: People wanting to play various first party offerings on their system of choice is not only happening with Nintendo, if anything thats a compliment or insult depending on which perspective you have. Just because you don't see people asking for it or it being publicised in the media doesn't mean it doesn't happen. "with the overload of trashy AAA multi plats" I am absolutely, completely sick of this phrase coming from Nintendo fans/fanboys or others usually there is a attached "i only buy Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games" and that echoes of people on high horses. It has merit in some case but not something to be globalised.
If OP said more common somewhere, then i would be inclined to agree but no its just a rant.
