Miles Morales was soooo fun. I think it, in part, has to do with how familiar I am with Peter Parker as a character, that it was soooo refreshing to be a non-Peter Spider-Man.

Difficult for me to see this as anything other than a cash grab / infusion for Rockstar.

I genuinely enjoyed Miles Morales more than the original Spider-Man (which I loved)! Compared to Miles, Peter is just so...plain Haha

@kingbreww unless it’s a first party game! I’ve bought most first party PlayStation games at launch in the past two years and they’ve all been wonderful for me.

I really, really liked this game. But, even for me, it was waaaaay too long. I’ve put some 130 hours in and still have yet to finish it. Could’ve been a really great game if they just made it more concise.

What an absolutely, absolute joke.

Yes, they should give the time needed to finish these games. But also, the constant ambiguity and their absolute nonsense roadmaps instill little confidence that the next-gen updates, and really anything else from CDPR will ever worth being stoked on.

I’ll always have love for Apple Music’s UI, but all in all, I prefer Spotify more as it is always helping me discover new music. I’d suggest Apple Music for folks who aren’t really interested in finding new bands / songs (and there’s nothing wrong with that).

I think I’m one of the few people that desperately want to love this series, but it just has never clicked. It is tempting to revisit the older games to see if the new shine helps though.

They really just need to stop assigning timeframes to either of these. $10 says both will get delayed again.

@Danloaded I bought it day one and felt like such a sucker for it. Also still waiting for the PS5 version to play it. Most likely 2022 unfortunately.

@andreoni79 I still have Dishonored 2 in my backlog (and Prey too), and playing this makes me real stoked to finally play those. The studio is truly great. Depending on what they keep putting out, it might push me over the edge to get a Series X (although probably at the end of the generation). Their games are just so unique.

I was waiting on the Metacritic score before pre-ordering (to get that sweet sweet PS+ discount), and MAN OH MAN this is a good looking game. I've only been able to play a bit this morning before work, but it makes me genuinely sooo excited for other games that are built specifically for PS5 / that don't have a PS4 version. I'm sure GOW and HFW will both look great still, but the NEXT one, without having to consider the PS4, are going to look absolutely out of hand.
