Is anyone else hoping they’ll delay to 2026 to avoid as many AC Shadows comparisons?

@WolfyTn that’s a really good point about the humor. There were more than a few moments in “odyssey” that cracked me up. Some of the characters were outrageous (in the best way) but I think the tone of “shadows” is just more serious so humor might be tougher to do? Idk I’m no writer haha

“Far crying” got me. It sucks because the Far Cry games I think COULD be truly excellent. They look awesome, I think generally the gunplay is great, but the actual story and gameplay portions are just terribly average (or below).

Is anyone else genuinely excited about this game? Even with the bloat, I really have enjoyed this new generation of AC games!

Good news! I wasn’t the biggest fan of #2 for a variety of reasons (still good, just not great), the Miles game is still my favorite of the three though, by far.

Damn! Bought that Star Wars game over the holidays. I thought it was AWESOME though. Miles better than the first.

I've tried PC gaming a handful of times, and ultimately, it just feels like I'm still at my 9 - 5 setup Haha I so dislike using a keyboard and mouse. I love the extra feeling of escapism NOT being in front of a computer outside of work hours!

The amount of work that team put in to regain the goodwill of their fans is absolutely biblical. Love this game!

Really fun, but I liked the Miles game far more than either of the main ones.

Control and AW2 are definitely top 10 all times for me, so I am VERY stoked to give this a go.

As someone whose first AC game was Odyssey, I am genuinely so excited for this one! The modern AC formula set in old Japan sounds (and looks, so far) to be something fantastic.

I’m generally a “base model” kind of guy, and this continues to prove it for me.

With how expensive moneys are to make these days, it's difficult for me to understand how these absolutely bomb, booooomb movies get a green light. Like...none of us are in the movie business, but most (all?) of us knew this was a terrible idea and would tank lol
