Re: Poll: Are You Sold on PlayStation Portal?

@Wheatly It may connect directly to the PS5 via wi-fi (Ps VIta could do it with the PS4!) but for what I read on multiple Sony sources, PS Link is basically a replacement for audio Bluetooth. Not sure why they invested R&D resources on that, Bluetooth is quite efficient and allows you to easily use the headset with any phone or laptop.

One thing is sure: Sony is lacking proper and clear communication for this device, there's still a lot of confusion, in every thread. You can actually play remotely from a different network via internet, or locally without internet connection if in the same network. Playstation Link is for AUDIO only, it doesn't allow the Portal to link directly to the PS5.

@Gamer_Guy thanks, I love Cuba and this game played with latin America Spanish language is a blast from the virtual tourist point of view. As an Italian, that mission with "Bella Ciao" as soundtrack will stay with me for long time... Gameplay is usual ubisoft/farcry comfort food, I imagine it getting boring fast indeed..

@NotSoCryptic I am sorry to contradict, but Sony has had a 3.5 jack in basically every device they produced from the Walkman on. It's still there on Xperia flagship phones (the only one), on the PS4 and PS5 controllers, on PSP and Vita. Not clear to me why in this case it should be "not in line with sony's typical design philosophy or components used".

Re: Poll: Did You Buy Hogwarts Legacy?

It's a great game but it's not a RPG. Which is perfectly fine, is a cool semi-open world action game with a focus on exploration and the best inside location of gaming history. Just don't know why we keep calling these games RPG.

Played around 70 hours on the japanese version, it even had a very nice companion app on the Vita where you could do various activities including the dungeon fights (on of the best of the series). I'd like to ear more if they revamped the "Another Life" part, it was like secret oasis where you would dedicate to gardening and cooking forgetting all the fights, was a very nice touch)... funny that this game releases twice on the same console (PS4).
