I'm holding out to see what kind of damage they do to the trophy list regarding the totally pointless and tacked on multiplayer mode, it might be controversial for me to say but it's a deciding factor for me, I was caught of guard with Tsushima so I don't want to make that mistake again.

Looks like my kind of game, just not too sure about the zombie type enemies 🤔 just need more info and gameplay videos.

I thoroughly enjoyed FFXVI but loved Expedition 33 more, so I hope square at least consider going back turn based 🙏🏼

Dragon Quest XI had the best idea, maybe they should adopt that approach.

@PerpetualBoredom that'll be the Master Liberator trophy icon from Ghost of Tsushima, what a game.....just ruined at the final hurdle with multiplayer.

That seems like a decent length for any open world game (I'm guessing that's just the storyline and not 100%), game looks mint too but I think I'll hold off this time though to see if they tack on some unnecessary multiplayer, again.

@JB_Whiting maybe you're right. Games I want but don't fancy the trophy hunt I get the Switch version if there is one.

@LiamCroft no, I was caught off guard with that game so I had to endure some hard-to-organise boosting sessions. Any multiplayer beyond co-op is my absolute worst nightmare, I'm sorry if people can't relate or understand. (By co-op I mean games like borderlands, that's perfectly executed in my opinion).

@BiosNova it's from a trophy stand point, I know I'm going to get hate for this but I skipped RDR 2 entirely because of the online element. I'll probably skip GTA VI too 🤷🏼‍♂️

I wasn't a fan of MGS 3 when it first released anyway so the remake was quite a hard sell for me, now it has multiplayer it's a no brainer to give it a miss.

To be fair, this game is amazing.

Nothing short of outstanding.

I enjoyed FFS XVI for what it was, but I totally skipped FFS VII Remake due to it not having true turn based combat, that mechanic needs to return 🙏🏼

When is the disc drive price dropping? On PlayStation Direct UK the PS5 price has risen but the disc drives are still £99.99!!

On my birthday too, don't think I'll be getting though as it doesn't look like my kind of game!

Any competitive multiplayer mode removed from a single player game is music to my ears, I don't mind co-op, à la Borderlands, but any other multiplayer mode just isn't of any interest to me.

I'd take a remake/remaster of the first one, as long as they'd be no multiplayer attached.

I've recently 100%'d this game, not only from a trophy stand point but an in game one too and it's quite possibly one of the best games I've ever played. It's the first mainline FF I've played since XII on the PS2!! The change in combat took a while to adjust to as I do prefer the turn based style, but what a game once you nail the mechanic's. So, the more people that can experience this game, the better, and no, I don't work for SE....
