I haven’t played Elden Ring, but surely the people who are finding the DLC difficult shouldn’t be too surprised after completing the original game?

All good, but what’s the point of looking forward to the poster and comic if their surprise has been spoiled as they’ve been revealed here?!

This story has actually made me laugh. Unhappy gamers instead of leaving angry Steam reviews are going to Phil Spencer’s online home and blowing it up. On one hand it’s petty, but on the other I get it!

@KundaliniRising333 I had Skyrim PS4 installed on my PS5. When the new-gen update was released it installed a separate PS5 version. For a while I had both a PS4 and PS5 version installed! The PS5 version did not carry over my trophies.

@LiamCroft it’s a new trophy list, but will the earned PS4 trophies transfer to the PS5 list as happened with Spider-man Remastered?

Surely Sea of Thieves is a free game or will Microsoft charge for it?

@Cikajovazmaj Definitely. The recent price drop is about increasing the userbase fast. Maybe it’s a reaction to the FXVI sales and it needs to ensure Spider-Man 2’s release maximises units sold.

Nothing wrong with businesses making money but this is a shameful moneygrab in that Take Two is charging full price for a PS4 compatibility fix that should've been free.

If the game was boosted to 4K 60fps (an easy feat) there'd be some justification for charging for those that want it, but as it is this is shameful. I suspect the Metacritic user score won't be positive.

The claimed triumph of Threads is premature.

There is now a close business relationship with Sega. It could be that Microsoft paused negotiations until the ABK deal is complete in cases it jeopardised it.

"Sony has been under intense pressure all generation to make its games available at no extra cost with PS Plus." I disagree with this, Sony has not been under immense pressure. There are media commentators and Xbox people who say day-and-date is the way forward because it would then legitimise the Xbox strategy.

But when you have games like God of War Ragnarok sell millions of units at launch then you see Sony is right to do its own thing. It means it makes premium games, and then when the time comes that they are released on PS Plus like Ratchett & Clank a Rift Apart and Miles Morales, the 'free' games are perceived to have more value as they were paid for premium games.
