Well, Sifu developer SloClap promised a surprise, and that's certainly what we got. Revealed during The Game Awards' preshow, Rematch is a multiplayer football (soccer, for you Americans) game that features crazy acrobatic gameplay. Think martial arts with a ball, and you're on the right track.
Rematch is coming to PS5 in 2025, and you can sign up for the beta right now through the official website.

Interesting, not a fan of the sport but SIFU was great I hope this takes off for them.
Oh okay, Shaolin Soccer the game. Let's go.
10 points to Gryffindor for that clever FIFU subheader.
Sublime subheader, my sincerely respect
Looks like Rocket League without the cars. Could be fun, but depends how it plays. There's definitely a big potential audience here.
I’ll stick with Behold The Kickmen! Which is the only good soccer game, ever.
So the team behind one of the best martial art roguelikw type may aswel be in its own category indie game maker, isn't gonna stick with and improve on the success of SIFU
Instead make a game about soccer?
I watched the trailer....
It looked sh*t.
I showed more emotion reading "FIFU" xD
I'm totally stealing "FIFU" haha
@Bez87 maybe they wanted to make something different for now.
@Boucho11 I have no doubt but it just seems a very odd path to go, considering the success of SIFU.
A online soccer game. I just dont see anyone remotely interested if your viewing the game as a sifu fan. If that makes sense.
There is one thing making a more bigger and better game than your previous, its another completely changing up the genre to basically a live service game.
Is some poor schmuck going to have to play keeper?
It sounds like you're telling a story about your experience with a loyalty program and travel-based status accumulation. It's a great story that demonstrates how systematic effort and smart use of opportunities can lead to serious travel bonuses. I'm just as focused when I play games on the pokies-apps site, as you talk about the importance of accumulating statuses based on travel, so I consider my hobby important. So that's a pretty interesting story you've described in this track.
