I'm fine with it. If I have most of my games on one console and there's one exclusive game on some other system that I want to play, I'm not going to drop the big bucks for that system for one game. Even pre-owned consoles command $300 or more and I'm not paying that much for one game.

I can't wait to play.

I'm getting the impression this is an endless runner but with a skateboard and you do tricks to get past obstacles. If the price is cheap enough, I might look into it. It seems like it would be a good game for relaxation.

@NEStalgia Persona 5 Royal has the same story for Persona 5 up until 12/25. 1/1 onward is all the new Royal story content. If you've played up until then, there are no spoilers. If you haven't, I can't say as I haven't played Strikers yet.

Horizon Zero Dawn hands down.

I've had a PS4 since launch. I've never signed up for PS Plus. I can't justify the cost unless I find a multiplayer game I'm interested in playing regularly. No, the free monthly games aren't enough to justify the cost for me.

@LordSteev Yeah sometimes it'll go for dirt cheap during a sale, especially a major holiday sale. I'm glad I was able to help.

@LordSteev The biggest draw of the first Life Is Strange is the story. By the end of the first ep, I was hooked and really wanted to see what was going to happen to the two leads. The gameplay has a lot of puzzles and a couple of stealth sections. It's really more of an interactive story then something you play just for the gameplay. I'm pretty sure you can download the first episode for free and see if you like it.

@Northern_munkey Even games that haven't received a patch look good on the PS5? I only ask because I've heard some people say that GTA V looks worse than it does on the PS4. That the new hardware brings out graphical flaws that the old one hid.

@get2sammyb Yeah, at least it is in the US where I live. There's a mildly spicy nacho version and a mildly spicy cool ranch version.

What year is it indeed? Last night I drank Surge, ate 3D Doritos, and played Tony Hawk Pro Remastered 1+2. I'm glad to see obscure games getting a rerelease, not just the major ones.

I won't need a PS5 until Horizon Forbidden West comes out. Hopefully, by then, the stock situation will calm down. Good luck to those who want it long before then.

I hope that the native PS5 release has a physical copy, this way I can buy it pre-owned.

Would it be so wrong to import these vehicles into the single-player? I bought the game twice, once on the Xbox 360, then the PS4. My $120 wasn't good enough?

I'm gonna bet that Horizon Forbidden West, The Stanley Parable Redux, and Windjammers 2 get delayed, but I am quite okay with that. Not every game can recover from a bad launch. They're forever branded and they don't have the army of fanboys defending it.

I'm gonna buy a PS5 copy used.

Looks fun. I'm going to keep an eye on it, see how it controls and what the reviews say.

I don't expect a flawless game on Day 1 but this launch was inexcusable. I'll wait for the inevitable $20 PS5 disc on eBay.

I'm disappointed by the OG PS4 performance. Even on other games that were designed with the Pro in mind, such as Horizon Zero Dawn, Red Dead Redemption 2, Ghosts of Tsushima, The Last of Us Part 2, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2, I was quite happy with the performance I got. But Cyberpunk 2077 is a joke. I'm waiting until I get a PS5 next year or 2022 to buy the game and all the patches that fix the mess.

When the PS5 upgrade comes in January, will you talk about it? I'm definitely holding off on purchasing until I get a PS5, presumably 2021 or 2022. I have a launch PS4 and I'm not going to suffer through such a visual mess.

@Flaming_Kaiser Damn. I hope I can mute it without muting all other audio. I don't need people hearing my private, sometimes profanity-laden, comments when I'm playing.

I pray for folders. I don't know why this has become such an issue. I'm pretty sure they were added to the PS4 after launch so here's hoping they do the same for the PS5.

@Darten Sometimes people don't have space for a huge TV. I would love an 80" but the biggest I can fit in my room is a 50". I at least made sure it came with all the necessary features for PS4 Pro and eventually PS5 gaming.

"Microphone mute button" Wait, is there a mic built into the controller, or do we still need a separate headset for that?

Considering other PS4 games that have recently gotten patches for, what seems to be, solely PS5 purposes, do all PS4 games need a patch to work on the PS5? I don't plan on getting rid of my PS4 anytime soon, but I have games that are kind of obscure and I doubt anyone is going to bother creating a compatibility patch for them. When Sony said '99% of games are compatible," I was hoping I could pop in a disc or download a PS4 game and start playing.

I knew that raising the retail price wouldn't stop people from putting DLC, in-game transactions, and ads into games.

I can't believe I have to keep up this narrative but folders? Will folders be available?

@Gmork___ Amen to that. I just hope all this social media integration is optional. I don't want to earn a trophy and then have the game be all "Hey do you want to stop everything and post this on your social media account right now? Just press this button to do so!" No thanks, just want to play.

Not a fan of the in-game help system being limited to "some games" where the developer bothered to put it in and being PS-Plus only. Streamers assemble! Please continue recording your gameplay so I may use it as a walkthrough.

The cards are nice but I hope they stay out of the way unless I actively open them. It's gonna get old real quick if I quick-load a game and then have to x out of so many cards.

Since only certain HDDs can be used, I might just keep my OG PS4 for PS4 games. I have a 4 TB hard drive for it and I'm not giving up all that space.
