As always I'm looking forward to E3 this year. What I want from Sony's is the announcement of a new exclusive Platinum game, I'm starting to get jealous. I wanted The Last Guardian and Horizon: Zero Dawn and that's happened, so Platinum is what I want personally. What I'm most hopeful for E3 to show off, however, is a new Sonic game that's not Sonic Boom and a new game in the Rayman Origins series (both available for the PS4).
A couple of little bits of it look a little cheap but I don't think that'll take away from the gameplay. It's also a Kickstarter game so it has an excuse (I think), and it gives it a bit of that charm of those late 1990's and early 2000's 3D platformers. I love the genre and I reckon this looks like a great platformer. Will get it unless it turns out rubbish.
The only game in the Guilty Gear franchise I've played is Blazblue Calamity Trigger and that played very, very well and was fantastic aside from its voice acting. This looks like a similar deal. Could be brilliant.
That's pretty amazing, I've gotta say. The trailer was awful but I actually thought the gameplay itself that they showed us looked okay-ish. Nothing good, mind you. Everything else was abysmal, though.
That's really cool more indie games are getting boxed releases. I've always much preferred buying games as physical entities and the fact indie developers are actively promoting boxed games and trying hard to release games at retail is great. The boxed B-games or double A games market has been disappearing since the start of generation seven of the consoles, so hopefully more games like Rocket League come to our shelves to springboard those sort of games back into the market. And when indie games get popular and more money is pumped into them, they become the middle ground games themselves, and to see them on the shelves as a common entity again would be very good.
I voted don't care, show me good stuff. Same every E3. New cool Naughty Dog game which isn't The Last of Us 2 for me would be great, more of Horizon: Zero Dawn (with a 2016 release date), a 2016 release date for The Last Guardian, new Crash Bandicoot maybe, I don't know. Just good stuff I guess.
If it is, that's cool. I never got Xevoverse, so if there was a second one you'd expect them to improve on what is already seemingly a solid foundation with the first game, and I think that would be good to get. Expensive, though.
If Ubisoft carry on making Rayman I will carry on liking them. If they carry on saying things like these and stop making Rayman I will stop liking them.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Add Rocket League and FIFA 16 and you've got mine for this week too. Destiny's really grown on me in the past week, but am still only level 8, and I bought Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin today - my first Souls game — hopefully I won't regret it!
FPS games often have sub par campaigns so I wouldn't be surprised if it goes with the flow. But if I do get it eventually, I'll hope for a great campaign.
Man, A Crack In Time is the best Ratchet & Clank game. It's just too damn good to not be in this list! Sort of amazed that there's no Jak & Daxter here either. Very happy that Rocket League and Rayman Origins are in the top 15 though, although I'd very much appreciate it if Rayman Origins got higher. Overall a good list other than those things though.
I don't think it's a bad game. Nothing special but I like its style and it plays okay (okay-ish at least). The tracks and the items could be a lot more inventive and there should be local multiplayer, but I wouldn't say it's a bad game. To be fair though, I've only played it for about half an hour.
@stocko Gotta say I haven't played it yet! I haven't got around to it but I intend to. Looks good to me — maybe a cool mixture between Unlimited World Red and Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaiichi? I do love how it looks, really does bring the manga to life better than anything I've seen before.
Ratchet & Clank is surely game of the month! Oh well, ol' Dark Souls 3 does look good. But no Enter the Gungeon? I mean, I haven't played it, but it does look better than Alienation.

Kiiinda been playing Rocket League still. Got 1200+ points in one match, though, so that was cool. Good ol' Fifa 16 and Dark Souls II too.

Looks like quite a fun game, to be honest. I'd sorta rather play this than Overwatch, I just hate that game's aesthetic.
