Cant wait for this and FFXV. Finally ordered the deluxe version after finally accepting the fact I'll never get the ultima edition. I think I'll wait to watch Kingsglaive after I beat XV.

Never played the first two...yet. I assume that this game will be mediocre but I jus cant pass up the chance to drive around in muscle cars in Norleanss. Day one!? Prolly not sorry 2k

Ill buy it for $20 in a year if I have nothing else to play. The way this generation is going though, I just dont see that happening.

Not really excited about the whole chibi look (whatever the hell a chibi is). Sadly thats the only thing keeping me from being 100% on board with this game. It also reminds me why I never was into rpgs back in the day, like "why is everyone a midget!? I cant take this seriously...". I'll prolly pick this up anyways for when my neice is around and myself of course . Its just kind of hard to play The Witcher 3 when shes around when they all of sudden show a scene with topless women covered in blood. Soo ya now I'll have something else to play when shes around besides Kingdom Hearts.

@MitchVogel I think there was something mentioned around the time goty edition(or whatever they called it) released. Will have to do some research. I still have an orc or two that I took out for easy exp only for them to keep coming back all beat up eventually whoopin my arse and now they're practically running the show. I'll have my revenge someday!!

I see this and can't help but wonder when the next Shadow of Mordor will be announced.

@Constable_What Yea $400 is alot for what you know is going to be like those youtube videos where they waste 5mins of your time just to throw a screaming picture in your face just for cheap jump thrills

@Constable_What Well age definitely makes a difference, especially since i was 6 (didn't notice the awesome voice acting then) when I played the first one. The series lost its "scare" effect around RE3 for me. Most "horror" games aren't really scary they just add suspenseful/annoying music , weird camera angles and rust n blood. Honestly horror genre really isn't my cup of tea, but the last game that actually made me put my controller down was TLOU when you're in that basement and have to start that damn generator and have to run to the door all while clickers start screaming and grunting as they chase you from unknown directions. Pretty sure the first time I played it I yelled "oh sh!t!". Not to get off topic but idc what people say, that game is a classic all the way through. What really makes a game really scary is just a good stereo system anyways. Which I have always have been fortunate enough to have most of the time.

@Constable_What. The best part of RE6 was Leons beginning campaign in the university and subway thats the route they should have stuck with whole game. Also RE used to be scary if you played the original when it came out. The creepy atmosphere and zombies you have to avoid due to limited supply and jus when you get the used to it, they throw a friggin hunter in your face which you have about 2 seconds to kill all while panicking trying to find inventory button only to find out you're out of shotgun shells. Good times.

It doesnt count if they jus color in the number into preexisting letters. It would have to be changed into Residen7 Evil or Resident Evi7 in order to create its own demise.

So people will keep buying the cheaper one there dry rain until the neo price drops 😉 $$$

@SuperSilverback Exactly! From the combo level grinding, monster hunting to secret bosses, its a damn good time. My advice just get past the first 10 hours maybe even less and you'll get sucked into Ivalice for quite some time.

@PorllM I never was into final fantasy when i was younger (i was more of a legend of legaia kinda guy) but played and enjoyed ffviii demo a few times and finally FFX was here and it was the first one i really dived into and finished and I've been a fan of the series ever since. Even have some love for the purty XIII still (also havent beat yet). Id suggest starting with X or any of the newer ones then work your way to the past. Unless you're like me then you have a place in your heart for the cruddy graphics of a time gone by, then by all means hit up the legends(VII,VIII, and IX). I've personally only played VIII (not just the demo either) but the others are on my to do list. Will probably pick up both ps1 and ps4 version of VII just so i know the difference and can understand the fanboys hate.

I never was able to finish this one. I got like 3/4 through the game and got stuck and quit. I keep trying to start back up every couple years but keep getting pulled away by newer, shinier games so maybe this will be my reason to finish it. I loved the world, it was beautiful and actually felt like a legit adventure once you got into it. The cast, even if they're not the most memorable ff cast, they definitely fit perfectly in this world. But I couldn't agree more about wanting to punch Vaan in the face. The whole "I wanna be a sky pirate!" (say it in a nasally voice) thing kinda makes him seem like a sissy but you learn to...not hate him...as much. I'm definitely ready to jump back in and go chill on the phon coast with some long legged bunny hybrids.

The Witcher GOTY edition? I'd bite.

I was definitely intrigued when i clicked on the link. Only to be reminded that ubisoft is in charge...mmm no thanks. Funny to think they were one of my favorites at one point..oh ignorance.

Of course EA and Ubisoft want this. Then they can keep pumping out half ass, heartless games every year with promises of sweet dlc and micro t's that are pointless and the brainwashed kids will keep buying cuz they dont know any better and also OMG! a new Assassins Creed! (Oh wait this already happens). Unless ubi publishes a good brothers in arms(fat chance) or ea makes an actual good nfs like the old ones(which they wont) these fat cats wont be seeing my money anymore.
If (a big if) i buy a ps5 it will most likely be my last. I have a big enough collection of games from when i started playing in the 90s and up until this excellent gen is over that honestly I wont need anymore to keep me entertained. Idk it jus seems no one can think outside the box anymore, all I see is collect these plants, climb this tower and mash x or r2 on these guys until another pointless cutscene and stupid trophy is earned. Then do it all over again 5 or 6 times until the credits roll. Im just getting bored with it all...I..I think I'll go outside for awhile.

Im extremely glad to hear this, I'm already determined to buy it so they can have my money. Yeah it is kind of a hefty price but a company that produces games I love put everything like time, money and their passion into this game. I'll gladly give them extra money to help out the cause. Its funny how I've been reading (on multiple sites not just this one) people feel like they're being screwed over, which is ridiculous because they havent taken your money yet and you can cancel your order anytime and go ahead and do it cause i don't really want have to wait any longer then September 30th.

Finally picked up Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5 yesterday. Now to bust through KH1 on proud mode to get that second secret movie. Since Ive only played the first one, I will stroll my way through the side stories and KH2. Then i can finally stop avoiding headlines about KH3, and start building up the hype! Oh! and a little R&C when it comes out. Was never really caught up in the hype, but finally read a article about it yesterday and got a little nostalgic about ripping my enemys a new one with my R.Y.N.O. And the fact we can turn baddies into 8-bit b@$t@ฯd$ ...preordered and ready.

Hopefully with an announcement about fulfilling my Ultimate Collectors Edition order!

Been pronouncing his name wrong this long, not goin to change now

Ive never bought a collectors edition of any game cuz it jus seems like wasted dollhairs. But since ive started following (obsessing over) this game since it turned into xv (thank god cuz 10 years is too long to care) i told myself i would buy the collectors edition. Unfortunately i was working at the time only to get home and find out its all gone. Honestly i could care less about a doll, im a grown man its bad enough im still playing final fantasy games and such. At least give me the art books, the movies, soundtrack, and dlc n whatever else non doll related. Dammit Squaresoft take my money!!

@MinerWilly who knows definetly wasnt a pc game tho ive been on the sony bandwagon since i was a wee lad. So many good games came out back then its hard to say..

Now i really wonder why i never picked this up. I mean i remembered being interested, jus curious what stole the spotlight at the time. The draw distance is upsetting, it will be like replaying gta iv after finishing V. But I've been in a ps2 mode lately so F it, im going to lukies n buying it now.

Just recently picked up the first motorstorm for .99 cents (steal!). Upon reaching the main menu and watching the desert festival goin on in the background as slipknots before i forget plays, you can feel that heart and soul that went into this game thats been clearly been lacking in games made by corporate companies such as EA for too long now.
