I watched/read multiple reviews but it seems this game is not for me. Playstation plus is already super expensive, which even keeps me from playing games like destiny 2 (being a dad I won’t be using PS plus a lot hence it being expensive… currently I’m lucky if I game 2 hours a week).This game costing €40 euro whilst being behind the PS plus paywall means I won’t be buying . Also the characters… I mean why couldn’t Sony release a remaster of MAG or Killzone?

Edit: I do hope the studio will not get closed as every channel /article I visited mentions the gameplay loop is good

Agree, Xbox nailed it. Fable, Perfect Dark, Doom and Gears all looked amazing. Except Astrobot the showing of Sony was as they say it in the UK *****.

My time (as a father of two) is limited and every time these events are lack luster i just zone out. Recently my purchases have dropped significantly because if Sony does not care I don’t either (except Astrobot). It also explains why I have not purchased Spider-Man 2 (normally I bought all Sony exclusives on day one).

Still playing GT7, the light brigade and FF16. Also need to unpack Persona 5 Royal which I played like 2 hours because it was on PS plus.

Why are most of their rewards US only? The incentive to support diminishes with the exclusion of other counties.

Nothing, my infant son was in the hospital due Bronchitis resulting in a severe drop in oxygen in his blood. Luckily he recovered after a week of being hospitalised.

Hopefully tomorrow some GT7 and maybe some stellerblade (demo)

Days gone is a steal for that price.

I don’t understand pushsquare and it’s community. Bulders gate 3 gets a free pass but this is sexist. Also it’s the usual suspects talking about sexism (see comments about Korea).

@Northern_munkey I found the story of Horizon ZD fantastic. The second game went in the wrong direction imho (love the gameplay but storywise…)

@CrackmanNL Factions in TLOU was fantastic. Horizon also still needs to prove themselves. Only played Killzone 3 which was an okay online experience.. Killzone 2 was lightening in a bottle

@HonestHick Agree about Sony not having the money to afford mistakes. MS can fund the whole gaming industry with their profits from Azure alone.

@ZeD Hopefully the bubble bursts! I miss the times when Ubisoft was known for Rayman (the first one was magical). Also games like Sly Cooper, Oddworld and Spyro can come back (instead of the ultra realistic graphics)

I don’t think Apple is interested in such low profit margins. Also if they were interested they would already be in the market right now!

Lastly, not only Sony’s margins are thin. I expect that to be the same for Microsoft. Otherwise they wouldn’t release 4 titles on other platforms (sorry had to say this as you are more a Xbox guy 😛)

What’s happening is unsustainable budgets for games resulting in unachievable sales needed to break even or better yet to make profit.

Why don’t be a good sport and quiet. Multiple developers could have kept their job when you quiet (your salary must be x million). They are the bread and butter of Playstation. You are just a supporting role such as HR.
