@Rob_230 Nobody is wishing for Sony's demise except for Xbots, we are only hoping for a serious competition to Sony's legacy as they didn't take their competitor seriously in the previous gen. As long as the competitor is serious about increasing their overall share of the gaming market, Sony will be forced to act accordingly

@Titntin Stray was an exception, it released the same time Sony's new subscription plans were about to launch. It was just a marketing scheme to hook people into subbing, and it was on Extra not Essential.
But lets keep hoping they add games like this little gem day one.

It's not about amplifying but this exact thing is happening everywhere, have you forgot what happens when a game gets delayed? or the numerous times directors and writers begged gamers to stop harassing employees and their families? Go back and read how many times did Cory Barlog plead gamers to stop with the death threats and harassment to staff

I played this franchise with a friend, each time we ended up arguing over the choices we should make XD
Overall good game with some downsides but it was entertaining

Never been a fan of continuous multiplayer games as there are plenty of single player games to keep me busy during my free time. Though this game was fun, I found myself occasionally playing it with a couple of friends for like 3 months. Then I just lost interest in it and dropped it completely.

@add286 There's a DLC coming in April for Horizon, that may explain why it was added

New consoles should focus on improving NPC and enemy movement and interactions, as well as improving game design and depth of gameplay mechanics. Graphic should be the least concern for developers and gamers, but unfortunately it isn't.

It's sad that this game had the old school vibe but executed it badly. I was looking forward to play this, but I will definitely wait for a discount.

Hope Sony would help them with marketing the game

@Ravix Not ripping off existing contracts, but favoring Microsoft when it comes to exclusive content and marketing campaigns which Sony wants desperately, that's why they refuse to negotiate even if COD would still come to PlayStation for years to come, Sony wants to have the attractive overall package of content to be theirs.

Looks like even if the deal fell through, it will not be good for Sony, as Activision is going to retaliate against them

Well, back in the day, I had a high school friend that bough a ps4 specifically to play Fortnite and Call of Duty, so I don't doubt it.

The voice acting for the girl is so much better than the boy, you can feel emotion in her tone while the male's voice seem robotic and reading off a script.
Looks like this game will be a huge success just like ER of last year.

@GreatAuk Hello, have you not seen gamers raging about gaming companies (EA , Ubisoft...etc) because they joined a group that pushes for diversity and inclusion in games?? take a look at Reddit and twitter to see what I mean. Plus how gamers reacted to tlou2 where some people automatically hated Abby for her design and Ellie for her sexuality.

She definitely thinks race and gender are the issues with this game. I won't blame her tho, as the gaming community is mostly racist and homophobic in their nature, so she just assumed gamers have a beef with her character

@BoldAndBrash This game is a unique situation, you have the constant comparison to Dead Space, the average reviews, the huge marketing campaign, the unbalanced combat, they honestly did it to themselves. Games like the Evil Within were way better than this in regards to story and gameplay and it cost a fraction of this. The only thing this game excel at is the amazing graphics and animations, the rest is just average.

@DarkTron I'm comparing the scope for these games compared to this linear 8 hour experience. You have games with huge world maps good story and combat not costing nearly as much as this game did. Especially since it's a niche game aimed towards survival horror fans

This number is insane, the Witcher 3 and numerous other great games cost way less than this. And this game is an 8 hour linear game!!

I didn't try back4blood so that's good to try with friends. DMC is a must play so I already played that. Life is Strange was always on my mind but never got around to get it, so great to have it!

It looks good. Honestly it's too short of an experience to take this much time in development (nearly 7 years)

@SerJosh97 Gamepass is a clutter magnet. It's filled with unappealing games like Gears(5 games), Halo (6 games) and forza which take count on the 250 games they have. Their only strong point is the addition of day one titles like A Plague Tale and Highonlife

@InternetUser Starfield is still not an example of a game made after Microsoft's acquisition. Most games were already in-development when Microsoft got their hands on them. You can truly judge Microsoft's leadership when games are conceived and developed under Microsoft's management

@Green-Bandit I just don't understand why Sony is so desperate to remain the leader in every market there is. They are doing far better than Xbox overall, if they were competing with Xbox in a few markets that won't hurt them that much. PlayStation has an advantage that Xbox will never have which is the brand name.

I was hooked until the realization of having other games to finish caught up with me. It's a good game ngl, but I have other games to actually finish

Sheep mentality are ruining games

The lead character and the story are very much "blah". The combat is the only good thing about this but needs some little adjustments.

His frustration is understandable, a product that he worked tirelessly to make, gets s****** on by some reviewers for having a White protagonist of all things. I played the game and enjoyed it especially the hordes it was really fun. It's not a masterpiece in any way but the treatment it got from the so called game journalists is a shame, particularly when they drop point just because the lead is a white guy.

Stray was unique in it's offering and should be celebrated for it
