The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me kind of came and went, it feels like. We weren't enormous fans of the entry ourselves, but it's still worth checking out if you truly believe in Supermassive Games' formula. That process just got both easier and more appealing, with a Friend's Pass and Curator's Cut added in the most recent free update, and best of all, its available now.

The Friend's Pass will allow any owner of The Devil in Me to play the entire game with a friend who doesn't via the Shared Story game mode. The Friend's Pass is only valid for a month, so if this sounds up your alley, you had better get cracking (skulls).

The Curator's Cut is intriguing and somewhat mysterious. Bandai Namco describes the option as giving players "the opportunity to see the game from a different character perspective as well as experience new outcomes, with exclusive scenes following their initial playthrough."

Will you be booting up The Devil in Me to either play with a friend or to check out the Curator's Cut? Try not to scream too loudly in the comments section below.
