Yes, because I never grew up with the old consoles, and now that I have a PS5 I would like to play the classics, but with more contemporary graphics and sound

I really wish I could enjoy driving games, because GT7 looks amazing, but I'm just not a car guy sigh

20-30 for narrative stuff
40+ for true open world/universe (AC: Odyssey, BotW, NMS, Elite etc)

@redcorpuscle yeah that was pretty much my experience. A good friend of mine loved it. One day I may go back to it, if I feel like a bit more of a point and click adventure

I don't get Disco E. I played for a fair bit, but just got bored. I felt I was playing against the game mechanic too much and not the experiencing the narrative

Yeah, a great list. Maybe I should take a look at Arise. The demo put me off though. I haven't really got into the action JRPGs yet

@General_Spiller In a gig-economy kind of way. i.e. people get abused by this, just like they are by Uber etc. This ***** will end any gaming utopia we think we have right now

@Logonogo It depends on the game design emphasis e.g. BotW is a realtime action game, but the emphasis is more on the open world exploration and puzzles. Combat is there and it is fun, but it is not the primary focus of the game IMO

@Camlambelot except that the PS5 is the only gaming device I have, so it's not quite that simple

Skill Up gave it a great review. AUD$60 Reasonably priced here in Australia, considering the size

@The_Omnius I played DOSII for quite a few hours. I really enjoyed it, but it was just too hard for me. Combat was just too long and painful.

I have finally figured out a few of the No Man's Sky game loops and really digging that at the moment

She looks older, which fits. I can't wait!

I'm thinking of updating my Fenyx from Switch to PS5 (and transferring my save). I've really enjoyed it on the switch, but I suspect it will be way better on the PS5
