I’m not sure the reason but I’ve noticed pushsquare never comment on fatal frame, it’s immited from this post and when the remasters came out for 4 and 5 I’m pretty sure it wasn’t on the games coming out next week kinda thing! I love the series so much and wish it got more publicity as it’s fantastic! Happy with the dragon quest and fatal frame news in the showcase!

Fatal frame was originally a PlayStation title aswell!

@Banjo- do you think them renaming project zero in Europe to fatal frame is a hint that could actually be more than one title in development? Be a bit pointless to just do it for one game?

Yeah this game is the kinda horror game I like rather than shooting horrors even though they are great too xD

This was the best news of the entire direct for me! This series is criminally underrated. The gameplay, the mood and the audio and the story! Glad it’s getting a remake as it seems that Koei is putting a bit more money behind it rather than a remaster like (4 and 5) just hope we get a physical version unlike (4 and 5) hopefully we get a fatal frame 6! Or they’ll need to remake the first game before the third for story purposes 😊

Both actors are unknown to me which is a good thing! I prefer unknown actors when people are cast as well known characters. Hope the movie turns out good!

I wish companies allowed their devs to flourish it’s always the smaller ones where you can tell the team have passion. It’s the company heads that are to blame and aren’t accountable. Look at Nintendo when they had the Wii u flop even their heads took pay cuts to keep the staff. Hope the heads take note but I doubt it

Deffo my game of the year

You watch kingdom hearts 4 and elder scrolls 6 will be released in the same year I’m thinking both will be next gen or the very end of this gen and be released on ps5 and ps6. Though I would love to play it now there are a lot of other games so don’t mind the wait. Just hope there’s final fantasy characters in this one more and not the lack of like in 3

Be interesting if any other games are released around the release date 🤔 probably Feb and March will have some good games as usual. Hopefully now the release date is out other games will start to provide release dates 🤞

Question for those with the demo or who’s played the full game? Only played a little bit of the demo so far! It feels like the story is in the future is that true because I started the demo with a lot of the party members or do you recruit as you go along? I prefer recruiting lol

I really enjoyed the game platinumed the game and loved the story the open world wish there was dlc for it! Wasn’t as hard as nioh

Now my question is will Tony hawks underground 1 + 2 be next? And talking about underground for a different series altogether I would love need for speed underground to be brought back aswell!

Even though I own dragon age veilguard i haven’t finished it, mainly because I’ve been playing on my ps5 pro but don’t have the disc drive because of the difficulties so I’ll be able to download it and finish it

Played the game when it first came out and now with the ps5 pro im itching to do a dark urge tactician play through for trophies i missed . I’ll wait for the next update before doing that

Quick question! Can I use both PlayStation pro and the Original ps5 and have the same data on both consoles? Getting the pro tommorow and going to have that console downstairs where my oled tv and then the original ps5 upstairs where my non oled tv is? Do I just need to log in each time I change the console I’m using? And for saves just save on the cloud all the time?

The new expansion of FFXIV Dawntrail! It’s great so far

Really enjoyed the game and the story and gameplay were really good. But for final fantasy 17 I do want a party back and I do want more rpg elements than 16 had

I really enjoyed this game! It wasn’t to difficult but the story and the gameplay was so satisfying

It was okay not the worst it’s been but not the best. I feel like this gen we’re seeing a lot of game devs developing the same type of games that have been a hit. For example ghost of Tsushima and lately it’s a lot of ancient Japan/china games. A lot of soulsborne games (don’t get me wrong they are good) but it leaves it oversaturated where it can become the same kinda mechanics, gameplay. Also we had that year when we had loads of space games and farming sims after animal crossing, Same with the gachas and pvp multiplayer! I wish devs would bring more original unique experiences. PlayStation is making the money but I think the value in the brand has gone down compared to what it was 2013-2018 or whatever years when it was banging. Maybe our expectations are too high but it seems like it’s an easy fix but dev time does take a while. Be interesting to see how the 2nd half of the console life span will go.

Bought dragons dogma 2 and this and loving rise of the ronin. Love the combat and the characters and the story! I’ll go back to dragons dogma once this has been completed but this one gripped me more. I think dragons dogma will take a bit more time to get into it

If that was the case then it should be free dlc lol not paid dlc 😂 still looking forward to it though regardless

Currently on 83 hours done a lot of the mini games, queens blood and like 63/88 for Johnny, continuing till the end now currently playing and on chapter 13. I’ll give it a 9/10 some controls are terrible looking at that cait sith section in a certain chapter 💀 loving the game though

I just went straight for the boss as I’m on my lunch and don’t wanna explore to much since I’ll do that when the game releases but I died like 3 times and still not beat the boss 😂

For rpgs I like a variety of locations I wish they showed more locations in the trailer if there is more maybe I’m just being picky but all I see is sand and a bit of grass😂

For me it’s continuing persona 3 reload currently at beginning of October want to get it finished by rebirth, may also play some tekken 8 due to online being free this weekend to get the online trophies, haven’t refreshed PlayStation plus yet due to all the games since the start of the year

It’s a simple answer to what they don’t understand. Gamers game for games! It doesn’t matter what device the game is on as long as it’s well developed then all is good. Xbox seems to be straying away from that and not focusing on the core which is the games. Xbox 360 was a good console had a variety of genres and good games. Then they tried to put walls up such as always being connected online etc. then the games are similar genre shooting and racing. And now the quality of the games aren’t the best and there not interested or fun to play in my opinion. This is not going to change much but I think it’s a mistake on there part . Microsoft has a lot of money but there wasting it and not using that money to create good games. That’s just my thoughts on this haha

Currently at start of July only today I started putting more time into the game 20 hours in! Can’t wait to see where the story goes!

I gave it a 9 in the poll but I would say it’s a 8.5 game don’t get me wrong I love the series and the characters and the game was packed. For me the pacing in the story was a bit off , just edited this post as I don’t want to spoil.

On the final chapter of infinite wealth will only have getting to lvl 70, Dondoko island and the 2 dungeons to do to get the platinum, but I might check out persona I have bought it and it’s installed, I think I will have enough time to do it before rebirth 🤞 though I did want to get the tomb raider trilogy that might have to wait haha

For me if this was just to see what the reaction would be like then hopefully they take some points. In this short experience I did like the protagonist , if they made it third person had some variety of enemies , add combat, have bosses where they chase you like in the demo but then you can fight it at the end, basically be like the modern resident evil games but third person 😂 then it will go in the right direction , story was good for a short experience

For me it’s infinite wealth on chapter 3 also bought tekken 8 so need to check that out I’ll probly get to chapter 5 then play a bit of tekken and then go back to infinite wealth

Still on the first chapter Amazon didn’t deliver it till 7pm and I had the traitors final to watch. Booked Monday and Tuesday off work so hope to get in deep! Quite cutscene heavy so far more than usual but I’m invested and can’t wait to see where the story goes! preordered persona 3 but that will have to wait till after rebirth. Yakuza and tekken will probly last me till rebirth

Don’t forget that Hogwarts legacy did have preorder digital deluxe version to play the game 72 hours earlier, due to it doing that I bought digitally where usually I’d buy physical. Yakuza ishin did the same

@rjejr on the PlayStation store you can preorder rebirth and remake intergrade for the same price as just rebirth

Started going through the final fantasy games to platinum them, currently playing final fantasy 5 hope to get it done this weekend. Platinumed 1,2,3,4, 7 remake including integrade, 16 and the dlc and crisis core didn’t want to play anything big before yakuza 8 haha

I hope they bring RP to the main game as to my knowledge you can’t join in those modes on PlayStation so I hope for gta6 it’s built in from the start when gta online comes for gta6

I want then to communicate more I feel the past year or 2 they have been quiet skipping events and doing there own thing to think to my knowdge I don’t know what titles they are releasing for 2024 from first party. Thank god for third party being stacked. But I like PlayStation for the exclusives. With their first year I think they have like 4 or something in the year. That would be ideal. I know they said they working on some new emulator for classics so hopefully that’s going to be up and running soon so they can start releasing loads of games to the premium. Ps plus expired today don’t really need it for the next 3 months due to the third party games

Trying to platinum ff7 remake before yakuza comes out currently on hard mode chapter 14. Then just need to finish off the shinra combat then do the dlc

Wish it was released early this and yakuza 8 released on the same day! 😔 wish there was a week gap

My ps plus ends in January won’t be renewing till probly April or something especially with yakuza persona and ff7 part deux. That will keep me busy all the games that come to plus or extra/premium are games that I already own or have no interest with.

I hope they’re currently working on a better emulation for ps2/ps1/ps3 to make the service better

Finished the dlc it was alright looking forward to the leviathan dlc more though! I forgot how to play the combat so I wasn’t as good as I was when I first played the game lol

Yakuza 8, persona 3 reload (though I’ll still be busy with yakuza) then ff7. May dip into tekken once it comes down in price! Cannot wait for these games

I don’t know why PlayStation thought live service games are worth the investment/risk I like PlayStation for there different genres and the story in the games! Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind the odd online multiplayer but I prefer a quality single player that focuses on the story and characters
