Played the first Alan wake on 360 haven’t played American nightmare or control so hoping I don’t miss out on to many references, I tried control but all the red rooms put me off but I’ll go back to it, played the first 30 mins of AW2 can’t wait to play more!

I gave it a 8 graphically it’s visually appealing but with the map being relatively the same as the previous games, and the story being good but not on par with the first one and the length. Platinumed the game with a game time of 23 hours. But I did enjoy the game and looking forward to the next one. Insomniac do make great games!

I love don’t nod but due to schedule at the moment of games already coming out Jan - end of Feb. Other games shouldn’t release till 2nd week in March at least if on PlayStation.

Sooo looking forward to this! Played every single yakuza game apart from the zombie one! Going to be a fun end of jan to end of feb with the persona 3 remake and ff7 rebirth! I love with yakuza games you get value for your money because there is so much you can do and it’s incredibly fun!

Persona 4 dancing all night till Baldurs gate 3 is unlocked at 5pm

Looking forward to the game but wish there a physical release when all the other entries have physical releases. I’ll play it before Yakuza 8 but not sure if it will be day one

Is it 3rd September with early access still for ps5? I know pc wasn’t doing that because of the release date being brought forward?

I finished ff16 and as much as I liked it I’m hoping they don’t go action for the next game. I miss starting with the basic spells and then getting the best spell. I finished all the side quests but it was only really the end game side quests that were interesting. I dunno why but I feel like I was missing magic I know magic was in the game but I can’t put my finger on what in particular. Plus i miss having tonberries and cacturs. It also seemed a bit to laid out in terms of here’s one Eikon the next is to defeat them and get their power etc wish it was a bit more not laid out if that makes sense

I need tonberries in this game! Was gutted they were missing! So hope the DLC has the missing enemies that were staple to the series

I played on fidelity mode completed the game last night. Had quite long playing sessions too and not had any issues. I did notice the PlayStation got quite hot though

For me Xbox’s conference was better if we’re talking about what was shown at the conference. However the only games I was interested in was persona, yakuza metaphor and they’re cross platform. Oh and fable but that’s only 1 game and probably won’t be out for another 2 years. Xbox exclusives just seem samey to me :/

@Nepp67 hopefully it was just a earlier build it was just something I noticed when I watched the showcase didn’t look as good as Spider-Man remastered and miles and they were made for ps4 aswell

Is it just me or the Chinese PlayStation trailers we see never come out? I recall seeing quite a few but no releases is this even going to come out?

There are to many live service games. Most of these flops and you’d think square Enix wouldn’t make another one after Babylon falls flopped. Let alone copy the idea of splatoon!

Best games was Alan wake 2, Dragons dogma 2, ff16, Spider-Man 2 (however the graphics seemed a bit off hopefully was a early build) I liked the look of the phantom 0 thingie! But I was left feeling underwhelmed. Conferences also need to stop putting adverts/movie trailers in!

Hopefully this gameplay was a earlier build the part where the camera switches the water doesn’t look the best

Niche series but such a damn good series and time!
