Played it for a while, enjoyed it, got bored by its repetitive nature, stopped playing it.

When a games difficulty makes it seem like a job or chore in that you have to work at it to grind and ‘git gud’, I lose interest

I think we as gamers are getting too picky re showcases- we all want different games and are irritated when they’re not announced. This was evident in the YouTube comments

One problem I had was that the adventure games looked good but derivative of others. Nothing really stood out. And I don’t get why time was given to a PS game coming to PC

Sony needs to emulate Nintendo re showcases- have surprises, and make it pacier

I’d like Hogwarts Legacy to be expanded, not just in terms of the world but maybe something like a morality system. There’s no consequences to exploring forbidden areas or using unforgivable curses

@twitchtvpat I know that, wasn’t expecting anything brand new but maybe a few updates on games that weren’t pre announced, like Death Stranding 2, the new persona games etc. Sony need to learn from Nintendo Directs about how to keep viewers engaged

@Nalodart yeah I imagine it can be completed in a few days if you did little else, not much challenge. Glad I played it but not gonna bother replaying it as I have with other, better games

@Casco I have, took me a month or so, wasn’t in any hurry. The difficulty is an issue, I’m rubbish at games and I only died twice when I wasn’t paying attention. Depends on how much value you think you’d get from a second playthrough, maybe leave it a bit so you forget the story?

It’s a great game but linear with little replay value. I imagine people are completing it and selling it or trading it in for credit, thereby leading others to buy second hand copies
