We'll finally get to see Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 this week, if a reliable insider's tip is to be believed.
Responding to another user's query on Reddit, prevalent games industry whisperer Nate the Hate says that he's "heard" Part 3 will be present at Summer Game Fest — which is happening this Friday.
It would all line up rather nicely, wouldn't it? Square Enix has gone on (very recent) record stating that it's gearing up for the big announcement, and that the game's basically feature complete.

You could argue that given this information, it doesn't take a genius to suggest that Part 3 will be unveiled during one of the year's most popular broadcasts — but I suppose it's good to have the idea reinforced by such a well-known insider.
Plus, Summer Game Fest organiser and host Geoff Keighley has a history of presenting major Square Enix reveals. You may recall that Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth got its gameplay debut right at the end of Summer Game Fest 2023.
This is starting to sound like a lock, then. Just think that by the weekend, I won't have to write 'Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3' ever again, because it'll have an actual name. Here's hoping it's a good one!
What do you want from Part 3's full announcement? Wonder if Sephiroth will be playable in the comments section below.
