@graymamba Hadn't thought about that but totally agree. Astro Bot is a perfect platformer and while a sequel would all but guaranteed be another home run, It would be really cool to see Team ASOBI tackle another genre / go a different direction for their next game.

Modern Warfare 2's story is absolute bonkers and would make for an ideal one to adapt. Even better as a tv show. Good luck convincing the suits to include the "no Russian" segment though.

It's one thing if Rob miscalculated people's instant assumption that it was related to big RDR2 news but when both Roger and Noshir joined in, it's certaintly a bit more understandable if people will feel upset if it ends up being something unrelated to that.

Really sad news. Was so excited for this. Honestly don't believe it releases in late May. It's right at the start of summer and I fear Rockstar will delay it again till September 2026

It has been in early access for so long, it's ridiculous if it's a switch exclusive at 1.0 launch. No other reason than SuperGiant just being greedy and hoping for more sales. Really poor look for them if true.

I'd be surprised if DS2 doesn't appear today but since Kojima will host a panel at SXSW next month, maybe he's saving the trailer for that. Perhaps a short one today and an extended look next month.

I know there is so much more to a game like this than just combat but looking at footage right now on YouTube, it looks so janky, slow and awkward.

Sheesh, no thanks. Baldur's Gate 3 was the first turn based game in a long time for me and I love how you can take your time to decide how to handle your enemy based on their weaknesses or whatever works best in the situation. I do hope mods will come to PS5 though cause a new playthrough would be fun if I could get certain weapons, armor sets or spells earlier.

For how expensive it is, not including the vertical stand is ridiculous.

I'll wait and buy this when GTA 6 launches next year.

The Neva trailer was incredibly moving. Happy to see it also feature combat sections. Played GRIS from the same developer four years ago and it was fantastic. I still sometimes listen to the soundtrack.

@Rioichi If you're serious then let me assure you that people will be excited. "excited" is honestly selling GTA 6 short of just how hyped up it already is. I wouldn't be surprised if whenever the announcement trailer releases it will quickly become one of (if not THE) most viewed video game trailer of all time.

For a moment I didn't notice it said live action and thought it would get a animated treatment like Spider-Verse or The Mitchells vs the Machines. That would have been so perfect.

Not yet. I'll wait until I finish Baldur's Gate 3. Although at the pace I'm playing through that it might be a while till I'm done with it.

Unless it's something best left unsaid, I'm curious to know if there are more or less planets to explore than in Fallen Order?

I strongly recommend going into the settings and disable damage numbers. Most zombies are easily killed and without the big numbers flashing on the screen with every hit, it lets you better see all that glorious gore and (in my opinion) makes for a more enjoyable experience.

It's really nice to be equally excited for three big releases this month (Burning Shores, Dead Island 2 and Jedi Survivor).

I'm excited for the DLC and trust it will be great but it's a bit weird that with less than a month to go, they've barely shown anything.

If this is true, I can't imagine Insomniac would want it revealed like that. Unless he was given permission this is quite shoddy behaviour from the actor.

This better not make Dead Island 2 move their release date.

@PlayStationGamer3919 You are welcome to that opinion but I'm certainly glad I don't share it. Calling it an "disaster" also seems hyperbolic to me. It's like those that considers The Last of Us Part II a terrible game because of the fate of you know who. There's so much else to enjoy and admire about such games or TV shows beyond a single aspect.

The last State of Play was really good. Dont think a major PS5 showcase is likely but hoping there's still some big announcement left to be revealed this year. Perhaps a State of Play in late October to fit with the release of God of War. Would be nice to see Factions and Spider-Man 2 before the end of the year.

While Quidditch would seem like a given, I hope they'll confirm it during the State of Play.

@TechaNinja Let’s Go! – a Combat Skill, Unseen Force – a Camouflage Skill and Bio-Electric Instincts – a Venom Skill. A couple suit mods can also only be unlocked in New Game+.

I would imagine a bunch of cool skills and takedowns are unlocked with the skill tree, so hopefully it will be possible to fill it out. Maybe a couple ones are locked behind New Game+ like with Miles Morales.

Didn't watch it live and would probably have been more disappointed if I had. Tchia look really charming and fun and I'm even more hyped for A Plague Tale: Requiem after seeing that gameplay trailer.

No because the vast majority of Sony's exclusives are incredibly well made single player games. It seems that people in general are much more eager to complain about the pricing of Sony's games and just disregard that almost all of Ubisoft and EA's games for instance cost the same. Only those are recycled garbage and riddled with microtransactions.

Insomniac already released the two games I've had the most FUN playing on my PS5 and now not only a reveal of Spider-Man 2 but Wolverine as well!

Thought some might appreciate knowing that if you're playing in Performance Mode and noticing that the color palette looks kinda washed out it's because HDR has been turned off (in favor of 120fps I think). By going into Video Output in the PS5's settings and turning off 120Hz it should display much richer colors.
Not sure if this is only happening to certain OLED TV's or what.

The Demon's Souls remake is the only FromSoftware (I know Bluepoint remade it) game I've played and I really struggled with that, so I'm worried this is gonna be too difficult for me to really enjoy. Still, It looks epic and I can't wait to see more from it.
