The fact that Microsoft is offering a subscription service so good that eliminates the need of buying games may also have something to do with it

It was Xbox... Sony was better in terms of the game shown but they were mostly multiplatform.games that they'll expect you to pay $70.00 for ... Xbox Showcase had some exclusives and everything is gonna be included on their suscription....

Adding Extra and Premium games to your library offers no benefit so no reason to do it unless you gonna play them

I'm extra, premium lineup is just pathetic for now

I'm really dissapointed the Capcom Fighting Game Collection isn't included I thought it'd be due to no pre orders but even that seems to be too much to ask from Sony when game pass is offering bunch of third party triple A games ,(on top of their own first party games) an even a Sony first party game... Stray is cool but Sony had to at least try a bit more

Internet is thrashing this game but I bet pre orders will be off the chart once they announce an Ugly Sonic skin as a pre-order bonus

I think it's ok ,there were nice surprises like the Demon's Soul remake and NBA 2k22 and AC Valhalla PS5, but not offering the PS5 versions of Spider-man and Uncharted is pathetic and the whole concept of using trials as a selling point for the highest tier is laughable

Holding back on the PS5 version of Uncharted 4 on the extra tier and advertising a TRIAL of that version as a reason to get the Premium tier is a new low even for Sony

Not that I expected better from Sony, but the fact that they're holding back on the ps5 versions of Spider-man and Uncharted and advertising a TRIAL of the ps5 version of Uncharted 4 as a reason to get their top tier is pathetic

Maybe Sony was planning on buying the western studios but got outbid by Embracer cuz they had spent all their money on Bungie

I really think Sony was forced to say Bungie's game won't be exclusive cuz they are gonna lobby to try to block the Activision deal

@munstre there weren't that many ps3 games on PS Now

I'm scared to see all Sega games go. Hope it doesn't mean they want to be free of contractual obligations to Sony in order to facilitate a Microsoft buy out

I don't know if focusing on beloved titles is the way to go. If a title is beloved then offs are it has been remade, remaster or rereleased and that there'll be superior ways to play it already. Focus should be on titles loss to time that people have not been able to play legally for a while

I assume the recent they haven't revealed the games is because the publishers don't want to kill two months of potential sales but they could at least announced some of the ps1/ps2/psp games that would be available

They should at least give you access to the ps1, ps2 and psp titles you have purchased digitally

Maybe they are just delisting it from the PS Store, there's no reason anyone should buy the base game now that Royal exist

I mean it's either bad messaging or they intentionally trying to mislead costumers but some decisions seem play incompetent.. How could they possibly not foresee that advertising "trials" as a reason to get the premium tier was gonna get them laughed out of the room... Not advertising that or even not including that would have been better from a PR point of view
