Re: Forza Horizon 5 Is Getting a Massive New Mode for Its PS5 Debut

@thefourfoldroot1

I 100% agree with you I buy physical for the majority of my PS5 Pro, but I do buy digital for certain games like FH5 for example. On my Switch I buy all physical games zero digital except Bayonetta which came as a download code with my physical Bayonetta 2. On my XSX it's a mix of physical and digital as it's pointless collecting physical games on Xbox sadly. Because the full game (data) isn't on the disc, so which ever is the cheapest option.

Re: Don't Worry, Forza Horizon 5 Won't Require All 165 Trophies for the Platinum on PS5

@Americansamurai1

Burnout Paradise is a pure arcade racer completely different game to Forza Horizon. Forza Horizon is more of a hybrid that leans more towards arcade racing but still has some sim elements to it. In terms of handling FH is closer to DriveClub but unlike DriveClub FH is an open world game with a lot more diversity in the vehicles you drive and locations you drive through, from street racing to off-road racing etc.

Re: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater Fans Sceptical of Seismic Changes to Fourth Game on PS5, PS4

"authentically remade in jaw dropping 4K resolution with streamlined goals and the epic two-minute format"

THPS3 does have a two-minute format while THPS4 doesn't. It says nothing about both games having a two-minute format. It also says authentically remade, it wouldn't be automatically remade if they changed the structure of THPS4. People are just reading too much into it.

Re: Forza Horizon 5 Confirmed for PS5, Out This Spring

DanteDevilHunter

I own Forza Horizon 3 and all it's DLC, Forza Horizon 4 and all it's DLC and Forza Horizon 5 with all it's DLC. Brilliant games and lots to do definitely will pick up FH5 on PlayStation. If you like The Crew Motorfest you'll like Forza Horizon more, Motorfest is the closest to Forza Horizon.

Re: My First Gran Turismo Available This Friday for Free on PS5, PS4

DanteDevilHunter

I am not really interested in trying this now as I am buying the full game while it's on sale for £34.99 half price. I am glad I didn't buy it launch because it takes advantage of my PS5 Pro and a lot more has been added to the game. They should have done this sooner in my opinion. Also the always online doesn't put me off, if it was another publishers and developers I probably wouldn't buy it. When Polyphony makes GT8 I trust Sony and Polyphony to patch GT7 with the ability to play offline apart from multiplayer, like they've done before.

Re: PS Store Makes Launch Day Easy with Dedicated PS5 Pro Category

DanteDevilHunter

I set up my PS5 Pro and played some games on it today. The first thing you notice if you own the original PS5 launch model is how small it is in comparison. I few small changes to the PS5 Pro over the original, and I actually think the new little legs to attach to the underside of the console make the console more stable over the original stand. I am happy I picked one up.

Re: Sony's Guerrilla Sounds Completely Done with the Killzone Series

DanteDevilHunter

I really like Killzone because at the time it wasn't Call of Duty it had a more weighty movement system for example. The irony is this is why a lot of people didn't like Killzone at the time because it didn't feel like COD in it's movement system that was one of it's main criticisms. Even Gears of War changed their control scheme to resemble COD with Judgement because of the success of COD. The colour palette was also a trend of the time a choice by the teams making those games.

Re: In the UK, PS5 Pro Has Already Completely Sold Out

DanteDevilHunter

I have a big catalogue of PS4/PS5 games so when I saw the games which are getting upgraded on the PS5 PRO I am just going to wait and play them on the PS5 PRO. FF7 Rebirth is a huge big difference,. They restock again before launch and have stock at launch and especially around Xmas time.

Re: Dragon Age: The Veilguard's In-Depth Difficulty Settings Even Have a No Death Option

DanteDevilHunter

"there's an option to turn off death"

What is the point in having combat Isn't it just a waste time at that point? I understand difficulty options, obviously not all games need them. But I don't not understand an option to turn off death as it makes certain parts of your game pointless and ultimately a waste of time. Are people really suggesting they are either that stupid or lazy they cannot learn basic combat in a game? And what is the point in buying a game with certain mechanics in it? It's a weird one.

Re: Video: Is Concord Destined to Fail?

DanteDevilHunter

I don't think you can compare Helldivers 2 to Concord. Helldivers 2 was always going to do well because it had a fan base on PlayStation & PC as it turns out Helldivers 2 did really well. Concord on the hand is another Hero shooter that does nothing to stand out and unlike the rest of the Hero shooters it isn't free. Personally I don't see this game doing well.
