@daveofduncan if you already have the game you will not need to buy it again. I have a lot of Xbox and 360 games that play very well on the new consoles. You just put your disc in and it downloads what is needed for you. Fallout 3 and New Vegas is like playing a new game they run so much better. Red Dead Redemption is another game that come to mind. Backward Compatible is a nice feature.

@RawnDawn RDR2 still looks amazing when comparing it to this gens games. It still holds up well.

If they would stop taking content away and keep it the same as it was with Destiny they might get and keep more players. I quit playing after they started locking content I had already bought behind a paywall. I played the first Destiny everyday but taking content away in Destiny 2 ruined the experience for me. They actually locked the Farm behind a pay wall and it was apart of the first game.

@Lup I was thinking the same thing.

@Feffster I always liked the Final Run too. Those 2 levels in the game are my favorite. You feel totally isolated and alone on that section of the game.

@Dodoo the console market isn't growing like it was 10 years ago. They have not been able to get new gamers.

@UltimateOtaku91 if Redfall is released on Playstation today I think the reviews would be pretty good. It is a different game compared to 2 years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if it got a 7 or 8. It is pretty good.

PS5 Pro is still more expensive when you add in 79.95 for the disc drive and 29.95 for the stand.

@Bamila that is the price point I set last Generation and still stick to it. I haven't bought a game on release day in years.

Most people will wait on a good sale to buy a console. I bought a PS5 slim with disc drive a couple weeks ago for 399.00 and gave the my launch PS5 to my son. I saw the Fort Nite edition PS5 with disc drive for 424.00 at Target a couple days ago. Consoles can still be bought in the US at a reasonable price but you got to shop around.

@GirlVersusGame I do the same. I usually wait for a game to drop to 30 bucks or less before I buy it.

@Rich33 it felt overwhelming when it first came out with all the activities to do.

@Arkz it is old to people on Xbox and PC but to anyone on PS5 it is a new release. The graphics are not dated and it plays really well. It is not a old game.

After the first roof got breached you would have thought that the people on the other roofs would have done something besides shooting down into the streets. That was the only thing I disliked in the episode.

I look forward to playing this. I think there are several games from the 360/PS3 era that could use a remaster. A new coat of paint and a few improvements to gameplay mechanics can do a lot for a game.

@EfYI I played the first Destiny religiously but couldn't get in to Destiny 2 and I hated when it went free to play.

@Northern_munkey ET on Atari was stupid and a horrible game. I'm sure someone out there liked it but i didn't. After about 10 minutes it was in the next yardsale.

@trev666 you have to wait until it is out. There is no pre-order for disc owners.

You can do all the articles you want about Oblivion and I'll read everyone of them. It is the game I'm most looking forward to this year. I started the game when it first came out but never got to finish it, I still had little ones at home back then that took a lot of my time. I've enjoy most all your articles even the ones that are just speculations about up coming games. If we didn't speculate about the things we would like to see in games we would probably never get them.

Hopefully they don't spread it out to the point of dragging it along into as many seasons as possible.

If 20 million have played the game it is a good bet that 2 to 4 million at the very least bought it. Those are good numbers even if some of the people didn't finish it. I thought it was ok but my oldest son loved it. I'm glad it was successful and that they are making another one. We need as much variety in gaming as possible.

The cure would be passed on thru her offspring if she ever had any. There is no way of knowing if they could have been able to find a cure by killing her and removing her brain.

@Rich33 yes it was. You can play it at 30, 40, and 60fps.

@Kiefer-Sutherland it is a pretty good game but it feels like it came out of the Oblivion era which means it feels dated. I don't play it often anymore but when I do start it up hours pass by pretty quickly. The game is a timesink.

@belmont Playstation consoles are hit & miss when it comes to updates. Sometimes it updates a few games automatically while not updating others. It can be a pain I know.

@Residentsteven it sounds just like Harrison Ford in the game. If there was a difference I couldn't tell.

It was a buggy as hell but a great game. I played thru every class. I had a great time with it. The fan patches helped the game out and improved it. Damn shame we can't get a remaster of the original or at least a port to console but the graphics are pretty outdated now.

@Oram77 the combat and exploration are superb. At the time when it released I thought the game was a little to long but now I wish they would add a few more chapters or a new dlc side story. I do agree with you the game without the remastered version still holds up well.

@trev666 I played it for a few months when it first came out. I really enjoyed it and planned getting back into it again but have just never found the time.

@Deadlyblack the dynamic weather changing seasons every few days is a nice touch in my opinion.

@ShogunRok does it have a lot of exploration like Ghosts did? I loved just roaming the map while playing Ghosts. Exploration is the thing l like the best about open world games.

@trev666 it depends on the quality of the disc you recorded on. I've got cds and dvds that are over 25 years old and they still play perfectly.

@glassmusic it is more like Oblivion and Fallout 4. I enjoyed my time with and occasionally still pick it up. If the game feels dated, like playing a game from 2008. Whenever I start playing I do spend hours playing it. I can see why it isn't for everyone but I enjoyed it.

@Member_the_game you'll love Forza. It is excellent. Hopefully at some point they will bring the other 4 to Playstation. I enjoyed all of them. 1 & 3 are my favorites.

Hopefully they prosecute to the fullest extent the law will allow.

It is a very good game but nothing like Uncharted. It has a much slower pace. I enjoyed it.

@EfYI I personally think Forza Motorsport is the better game. GT7 is good but Forza Motorsport is the better game. Forza Horizon 5 is like the Crew on steroids. It is a open world driving game,

@dskatter @EfYI you can still buy copies of Forza Horizon 3 & 4 on ebay for under 20 bucks. I bought copies for my son last week. He kept taking my copies so I broke down and bought him his own.

@InJeffable it might be a few years old but I can't think of another game that looks better or plays better. If you like driving games it is well worth the price. It is a great game.

The Fable games are very good games, some have been better than others like any game series.

@wiiware if you shop around you can find a PS5 with bluray player for 400. I bought the PS5 Slim with bluray for 400 last month. I use it in the living room and the original PS5 I gave to my son.

@somnambulance Flower was awesome.

@AdamNovice hopefully this is a step in that direction. The game ended with a cliffhanger.
