@rjejr I think what he's getting at is uncharted: drakes fortune is a copy cat of the tomb raider series. (I must say uncharted seems to have improved the formula though - the original Tomb Raiders 1-4)

@Bridgeman agreed. I have good games here and there but mostly I get stomped 1/20 and can't explain it other than something is wrong with my game. I can be bad and I fully admit not all games are because of online connection issues, but when I lose 4+ games avg'ing 3/20 or less I really feel I'm not 100% to blame. I've playing COD since COD 3 and I know I'm not THAT bad.

as much as I like killzone - it just doesn't keep me entertained My FPS needs modes like gun game - but overall Destiny is a great way to head with FPS - gives depth, I'm just sick and tired of grinding for sh*t that may not even be worth it.

@LampShade PSN goes down from time to time, but beyond Driveclub I've been playing games since day 1 on my PS4 with little down times beyond normal maintenance. The PSN is fine in my eyes.

@blah01 turning your PS4 completely off - via "shutdown" still works fine - but rest mode is having issues.

Seriously wish I would have bought this game on disc so I can return it - I'm so tired of money grabs. Create a great product and they will come - don't suck us dry for every last drop of money - poor form. Bungie never was so bright in my eyes and now they will be dead to me.

@BloodyBill agreed! Legit game - but server issues are so amateur at this point in the game - open beta - lesson learned I hope.

@Jaz007 I'm sure they will eventually give out extra stuff to the people - but will it be soon enough to keep people. Not going to lie - I got a refund and i will rebuy the game when it works the way its advertised. I got a refund because I don't like paying full price (or PS+ price) to be beta testers. If you charge me full price the game better be fully playable and if not - in a respectable time frame. (examble - Diable 3 and GTA V were all playable consistently within the 1st week) So developers need to learn how to release games and don't deserve any money until they provide the product they sell. I really enjoyed playing Driveclub - its a huge disappointment about server issues. I hope they learned their lesson.

@Mrskinner I just disagree with your opinion. It makes more sense right this second to justify the lack of AAA titles being a more plausible reason other than - "because Sony has us bent over because we are forced to buy PS+ to play online." Now if by the end of 2015 we don't have more AAA titles - I will start to agree with you more, but until then I just don't.

To be 100% fair - driveclub will be offered eventually so get over the fact that their servers suck - at least you didn't buy driveclub and then have to struggle by getting a refund. Also this is year 1 of PS4 - if we had PS+ when the PS3 launched day 1 - you would notice a lack of AAA titles to begin with - let alone AAA titles given away for a yearly charge of $50 roughly. People need to see the reason we got such great deals on PS3 was due to a larger library and not because Sony is super awesome at giving away AAA titles through PS+. Greedy people....

I keep on defending this game - but the fact that online is still the same as it was 2 weeks ago is getting old - as much as I want to play this game - its becoming a $50 blemish on my ps4 library. I'm probably going to ask for a refund and get denied for being dumb and going digital. But seriously - I'm tired of paying full price to be the beta testers.

@Godsire- driveclub has outlined their DLC and all tracks are cars are free updates. Granted DLC can be a huge problem for certain developers, but with enough feedback from gamers, developers will change. The problem is gamers buy the lame DLC like candy just like the good DLC, which makes it ok for a game like disney infinity or the skylander series. DLC isn't a bad thing, I enjoy it when its done right.

@Godsire — Yeah I also disagree, DLC may be a part of most games now - but studios are starting to get better. This game hasn't even brought up DLC and overall the gameplay they have shown has been incredible satisfying. In fact the other Tom Clancy game "The Siege" looks amazing in its own right. I like to see Tom Clancy coming back, the 1st 2-3 splintercells, the original Rainbow Six/Rogue Spear games were super legit. (RB6 3 Raven shield was the decline I feel in the series)

I'M SO HYPED FOR THIS GAME. Where is the open Beta? Lmao - we all know this game better open beta since its an online only game.

@divinelite The Crew is actually doing open beta testing - so they should be good for online when it drops.

@get2sammyb but if the game supports local coop being played online (like CoD allows) does that mean we can play online with share play?

@JohnnyBastos yeah this is the only issues I'm having with MP now - it take 5+ games to actually sync and race.

@Godsire- I like my preorder - I aware that day 1 means crap anyways with any new game - if its not crap multiplayer day 1 or week1 - then awesome that's a bonus. But the single player works great and I'm happy to wait for MP.

@WARDIE I actually believe they haven't put out the PS+ game yet because there are still server issues with the people who paid already - so they want the servers to be fixed before they release the free version. Since that will most likely get more downloads since its free.

The PS4 has 7+ million subscribers - if any developer hasn't gotten the picture yet - OPEN BETA STRESS TEST.

WHY ARE DEVELOPERS NOT LEARNING FROM PAST MISTAKES BY OTHERS!?!? Sorry for the caps - but there's a big reason all these games are starting to have open beta tests - to stress test the servers. It's plain as day what they needed to do and they failed. Now its a great game - just learn to stress test holy moses.

@Glacier928 Yeah bigger is not better! If its 80% filler and 20% good game stuff then that's a loss in my eyes - GTA 5 is huge - but is boring without any single player missions or heists. I 100% agree with your statement.

@get2sammyb also when did Evolution ever say it was going to be open world? Lmao I feel that these reviewers are completely oblivious to what this game is supposed to be in real life. Gorgeous - great mechanics - a little arcade-y - and just an all around great game. It has some issues - but after playing it last night for 2 hrs - it really is the game I thought it would be - no surprises.

I personally love the game - the handling and suspension systems are top notch, granted its arcade-y with hitting stuff, but so far the game is awesome. It definitely needs a patch - but for sure everyone should get the PS+ version before making any decisions.

I'm sorry but if you're giving us 1/5th the game - then we should pay 4/5th's the price for full retail - which is $60. We should be paying $48 for the full game and like it was said in the movie Better Off Dead --- "I WANT MY TWO DOLLARS!"

@Munkyknuts I'm pretty sure they left the story open ended to make their game "a 10 year life span" and I agree its complete BS. But with the expansions set to come out - i think that's when they are going to give you more insight on the story. It's rumored to have 10 more story missions, 1 more raid, and maybe a couple maps. I just wish they would have been honest with this instead of giving us a "full" game that's a mystery story - with a raid - and some pvp thrown in to keep you playing in between.

@xMEADx My smart phone has been such a blessing for responding to messages and joining groups. I know it shouldn't take a 2nd device - but its made my life a lot easier for that and I like typing better with my phone than the controller.

@dgwdum I disagree. If anything Destiny is all about raids - everything else feels so-so compared to the glass vault. Its almost painfully obvious the game is really about raids.

@Midzark LULZ - ok just FYI those are probably going to stay the same - those materials are meant for you to farm and are not just given out. The problem the patch addresses is the issue with purple engrams being mostly greens and blues with a hint of purple thrown in for good luck. Ascendant shards/motes of light/strange coins are going to take awhile to farm and hasn't been an issue. You just need to play more bro.

Agreed - I haven't had any issues for the most part - just a couple laggy games. PROPS FOR LAUNCHING A GAME THE RIGHT WAY.

@JasonBeckerFan lmao - I hope you will be ready to laugh at your comment of "30fps pretender" because as of right this second - Drive Club is looking like the prettiest driving game ever. And with all that special attention to detail - I will be oh so more humble if the driving aspect doesn't mirror the detail put into the graphics. I do look forward to playing them both!

@rastamadeus I've been browsing this site for going on 4+ years now - I've not seen these "lies" you speak of? For the most part this site tends to be pretty straight forward, I'm confusing at anything that's caused your point of view?

@Incrediblebraig To be fair - they never said the whole game would be available on PS Plus. The only thing they did say is that it would be coming to PS Plus - which even if we only get 1/5th of the game on PS Plus - its gunning for best racing game of the year - so I'm pretty happy with it.

@ToOGoodOfAPlaya Only issue I had with Strider was the damn map So confusing to attempt and go back through to 100% the game - I eventually just gave up. Seriously the only bad thing about that game though.
