@StylesT I can, I work all week and the game releases on Monday, while the “early access” started on Thursday. Then my wife’s parents are coming to visit so that’s another week on top of that.
I was really close to getting the Ultra edition, but in the end couldn’t bring myself to pay 100€ just to play early :/

I absolutelly hate the early access crap theyre pulling off. And ofcourse the “real release” is on ***** monday.
Its never gonna change, i know, but i couldnt bring myself to dishout 30 euro extra to be able to play it.

Thank god AstroBot doesnt do any of these shady practices and it makes the wait way sweeter. Had no problem paying for digital deluxe these.

@Maubari I might be remembering wrong, but i loved the combat of DA:O, didnt play it recently at all. But isnt it similar to BG3?

DA2 was pretty bad story(and scale) wise and i absolutelly hated Inquisitions mmo style quests and obnoxious characters.
Origins definerly the best in series.

@Monstermash40 I loved 1,2 and presequel, but 3 was pretty weird. Most of the current era streamer jokes fel flat for me. The gunplay is still pretty solid tho!

Im intrigued by this! Modern games usually dont work when the “yellow paint” is disabled.

@sonicmeerkat I woild say it is, especially if you give a game one star because it lags in one location. (Altho ive heard the perfo issues are way worse on PC)
Criticising a difficulty curve in a Fromsoft souls game is like giving RDR2 one star because theres too many cowboys.

But very point of elden ring is that there is no handholding and youre free to explore at your own pace. Its ok to miss some things, youre not ment to see everything on every playthrought.

@purple_mouse_gaming the 30 fps was a deal breaker for me.
If you never played any from soft games youre better off starting with original Dark Souls or Demon souls remake. All of these games run at perfect 60.
People seem to praise Bloodborne here because its there system of choice exclusive.

@Silenos If it was PS exclusive it would be GoTY no matter the quality. Thats just how it is here.
