Sick of seeing stories on this. Seems to be on average 2 stories a week on it minimum

Not watched season 2 episode one yet.

Loved the first season but felt they padded parts early on and rushed the ending.

I'm replaying the first game at the moment (PS5 remake version). It's my favourite game and has been since it came out on PS3 in 2013. It blew me away and still engrosses me every time I play it

I should read it properly (and have a better memory). I said Meh and voted for blue Prince forgetting about Lost Records 🙈🤣

I should have voted mostly happy and Lost Records as my most wanted/excited for.

I'm enjoying and being frustrated by Blue Prince in equal measures

I played it on the switch. It looked and played great on that. Would look even better on PS5

Love astro bot but can't see how they can make a film out of it. Then again they made a movie out of the boardgame battleships so they are desperate enough for ideas

It's got no real plot and none of the characters speak though.

@Dodoo it was a different time. When Croc will have started development they would have believed they were creating either the first or one of the first 3D platform games. Development was done in a bubble then pre rise of the internet gaming sites kicking off.

It's the same for Bubsy 3D. As bad as that is they made it imagining it was unique and game changing. Apparently they still did till they say Mario 64 and crash. By then it was too late

@Zeke68 I just stuck with PS4 version as now at least can download that version on my son's PS4 for him too.

Shame it wasn't cross buy.

Bought it accidentally on PS4 rather than PS5 from my phone app but doubt it'll make too much difference.

Played Shadows and got bored but loving Atomfall. Great game. That got my vote

I'll be getting this. Was one that got away for me. It came out when all I played was Pro Evo. Missed a few gems as they launched in that era

Is Halo 4 considered the ugly duckling? I remember getting a cheap 360 in about 2013 (about my 4th one all in all) and I loved Halo 4.

Really enjoying Atomfall. Wasn't on my radar as not usually into the genre but it's really grabbed me

@Member_the_game I may check it out. Never got the hang of sensible soccer as a kid but would give it a try now.

Was obsessed with the management side of the first sensible word of soccer on the Amiga but it had a bug that made you always go bankrupt 😂

I bought Hi-fi Rush as fancied a game like that even (if wasn't big fan of rhythm aspect of it)

I'll be getting Indie for my birthday and may get Forza when it's down in price

@lazarus11 I started Atomfall yesterday and had no technical issues luckily and it's grabbed me.

Shadows looked amazing but just felt like a jumble to me

@lazarus11 I thought it was just me. Found it very unfocused. Couldn't get into it and found it frustrating that have to play so much to get the character switching aspect, especially as it's so heavily advertised as a big part of the game.

I returned it to CEX for a full refund.

@Fuzzymonkeyfunk Forspoken is a decent game. If looking for something new id recommend giving it a go. I found it's gameplay fun and even like the story especially some of the later revelations

Atomfall for me. Only early days in it (less than an hour so far) but loving it so far. Great atmosphere. Very intriguing.

I'm from Cumbria too so it's good to see a game set in the area under its old name

Resistance, killzone and infamous remain dormant for 11 years plus each.

If it's just going to be Japan Studio games Ape Escape would be one I want most though

I loved TLOU part 2. Personally in terms of story, atmosphere and impact it only gets beat by the 1st.

I think Joels death made sense not just for the plot of 2 but in terms of general mortality rules of fictional stories.

It was done in a brutal way to make even more impact and that worked perfectly.

I'll be going into the 2nd series expecting the unexpected, I don't think they will stick fully to the plot of the game and I'm looking forward to see if it's as good as series 1 was

WB movies keep scrapping finished movies as tax write off's so we shouldn't be too surprised. The whole WB brand seems to be running itself into the ground with really poor management

Makes no difference to me. Was a day one purchase regardless

I'm playing in quality mode for once as wanted to see all the bells and whistles. Feels good in quality mode

@Balosi Terminator is decent. It's got a decent plot, good use of the license but it's a tad basic and voice acting and NPC models booked bad at launch on PS4. It's worth £9.99 if you go on expecting a lower budget experience

@themightyant I'm not a fan of woke culture but too many gamers accuse any game that have female leads, or gay characters etc as woke. It's not the case on the vast majority of cases.

If I don't like the look of a game I just don't buy it or engage.

But these people have too much time on their hands, too little going on of substance on their lives and minds, it's sad really

My copy arrived yesterday. Never happy when you have to download it from the internet instead of copying from the disk but when it did download and I got to try it I was impressed.

Can't wait to finish work and play some more

Wonder if any 3rd party game not tied to any exclusive period sold better on series x/s than PS5.

Given most people who would have played Indiana Jones on Xbox likely took advantage of gamepass I'm betting that sells more on ps5 than it ever did on Xbox.

I know no-one who ever plays monster hunter but know loads who play AC games so it makes perfect sense to me

My copy of Shadows didn't arrive on Saturday as I hoped. Should arrive tomorrow.

For those playing what modes you gone for, performance, balanced or quality?

And any playing using cannon mode?

I'm thinking of playing quality mode with cannon mode on
