Judas, please! Replayed Infinite on my Portal recently and I really enjoyed it, so something new from Ken would be fun! And….something, anything…for PSVR2?
I feel really sad for the developers at London, Pixelopus and elsewhere that could have created single-player games that probably wouldn’t have cost the world to make and generated more revenue than these cancelled projects will clearly ever do. But I am hopeful that recent noises about looking at older IP are a sign that this type of internal analysis has already been underway. Maybe, just maybe, we’ll start to see some smaller, maybe innovative, titles that diversify Sony’s output. All of this might also explain why there have been so few showcases State of Play presentations - maybe there is just little for them to show that’s even close to releasing.
@Shepherd_Tallon You’re right, it is. It’s great quality and I really like using it. I don’t think I’ve had £530-worth of use out of it, but maybe you and @dschons are right and we’ll see some Sony stuff come through in time!
Wow, they are truly chucking in the towel, aren’t they? I’d really love to see what PS Studios developers could have done with PS VR2 - but it doesn’t seem we’re ever going to find out!
I really enjoy using my PS VR2. It feels great and there really isn’t any shortage of games to play on it. But the reason so many people come to PlayStation, if we’re honest, is for the first party games. And in that respect it is clearly not up to scratch.
PC compatibility is all well and good but again it’s likely only to benefit players who own a PS5 and a very good PC. That change isn’t going to add value for PS5 players who don’t fall into that bracket.
Let’s hope there is support in the Sony pipeline that just hasn’t been revealed yet.
Have Sony/Insomniac/Marvel actually said that Wolverine is a PlayStation exclusive? Insomniac’s website just says it ‘is currently in development for the PS5 console’.

Re: Sony's Pricey PS5 Pro Is Now Being Outpaced by PS4 Pro Launch Aligned in the US
It’s not worth £700…but the performance bump on FFXVI (unpatched, too!) really is superb. It has changed the game for me.
Re: Poll: What Did You Think of Sony's State of Play for February 2025?
Returnal is the best game on PS5 so the stream at least ended on a promising note!

As a PS VR2 owner, I wonder how many smaller VR games London Studio could have made with the money it cost to make Concord!

It’s not even on the front of the PS Store on PS5. It’s bizarre.

Don’t tease us, Sony! The boomerang controller is that piece of gaming neverware that I most wish I could get my hands on!
