Finally decided to go for COD BO6 Vault edition and even playing the first few minutes made me realize how amazing this game was. Went for the online match and boy how intense it was.
Also trying to finish cyberpunk 2077. Great game that one too.

Apologies for my ignorance if any, but we would be getting a patch if we already have the PS4 version right?

A year ago I predicted that we’ll get a bundle like this to which someone replied that only trilogies get bundles. I did not reply back.

Uncharted 4 on PS5. Getting to the end…

Probably I’ll be of the minority, but I’ll say it anyway.
I’m playing nothing this week end.

It’s AstroBot for me. And what a game that is! It’s a pure joy to play even surpassing Super Mario games for the many iterations I played so far in different consoles including Wii and Switch.

I thought the pro’s only advantage was that there will be no more choice between quality and performance… and yet they remain. But now their naming changed to “pro” ? This is getting comical and out of hand. Just wait for the PS6 and all will be settled until then IMHO.

And that is why I will wait for the PS6. I’ll say it again, I’ll never buy mid life console updates, they’re always half baked and usually trials what the next generation has to offer, only better and perfected.

Nope, keeping my PS5. The pro is probably half baked. Prefer a new gen so I’ll wait for PS6.
Wasn’t the PS4 Pro the noisiest console ever? The PS5 Pro will have its issues and it’s a matter of time to find them out.

As long as I got the best FPS of all time (at least to my eyes) Doom Eternal, I’ll wait the better FPS, not a worse one. Let’s hope the next COD will be good enough (which I doubt).

Looking ahead for Astrobot and COD although currently playing one of the if not the best FPS out there Doom Eternal on PS5. Such a perfect game and nonstop badass action game. Anyway, looking forward for next year’s Doom

Considering that 3/4 of the PS5 life were either out of stock or covid times where people were more concerned of their personal health than gaming, I’d say a Pro PS5 is not essential at all and could easily follow PS3’s path and go to a new generation of PS6 few years later. I know I’m doing that as I always did: never went to the (only) pro version of PlayStation.

Really excited for this game. Wonder how much the file size will be on PS5.

It wasn’t a bad game when I played it back then considering I also had Super Mario Smash Bros. Ultimate at the same time. And that’s saying something. I really had fun with it.
Really excited what they’ll come up with this time around since it won’t be on beta mode anymore.

Between Tekken 8 and Ragnarök since waiting to finish update for my recently purchased Spiderman 2. Can’t wait to play it but as I always do with my new games, I update to latest before starting to play.

@LiamOliver running GT7, SF6, Tekken 8, GTA5, Hogwarts Legacy and God of War Ragnarök at full speed and full ray tracing quality mode without any glitches whatsoever on a high end tv. What more is needed ? We don’t need a new console now, we need more games !

@TheStormGL I’m with you 💯. I’m sure they’ll keep doing it anyway since they’re still doing it on PS4. I won’t upgrade until the new PS6 merges.

@itsfoz besides, having a high end tv/monitor will resolve most of the current PS5 framerate/display concerns. I’m currently running Hogwarts Legacy with the maxed out ray tracing mode and 60fps at the same time on my LG C2 tv. Even the maxed out God of War Ragnarök is running at a sublime 120.

@Bionic-Spencer feeling the same having SF6 and T8 where I feel the former is an afterthought after playing T8. Even feeling buyer’s remorse since got SF6 a week before T8 🤔

Lots to do. Between GOW Ragnarök, Tekken 8, Hogwarts Legacy and Doom Eternal I guess. Even though I should give some time to SF6 and GTA5.

@dark_knightmare2 one of the reasons they might go software only. Again, those are all speculations and none of the above or below are facts.

@Rayman123 still miles away from a gaming pc from pricing perspective. I’d still buy one as will all PS gamers. Lots are already purchasing both the PS5 and Xbox to have all the exclusives hence paying $1000 for both systems.

Well this looks like the beginning of a new friendship and the end of an era.
Sony and Nintendo will remain the only big boys of the gaming industry sooner than later as it seems.
Microsoft will become another game developer like Sega which is not a bad thing IMO.

Got the PS5 slim last Christmas with the main focus of buying physical games only. I like the idea of being a collector. I have the Switch OLED with only 2 physical games and the rest being digital (around 20 games). The latter is more convenient but the former is more being a fan of gaming IMO. After finishing a digital game, you just delete it and it disappears completely. You can of course redownload it at some point if you want, but in your mind it’s not there. Not the case with physical.

Just got Tekken 8. So can’t wait to test those visuals 😍😍

My first PlayStation console was the PS2 and my first game ever on that machine was Tekken Tag Tournament. I think that’s saying something.

Yayy. Can’t wait for the Jimny! Love that car. Maybe we can mod it to a mini G class or Defender.

Waiting for my copy of Sreet fighter 6 on PS5 as we speak. So there’s that.
