@Dan12836666 gamesradar is a joke lol. The few other early impressions I’ve seen have liked it and the rating in the ps store is very high. Gameradars review have been ***** lately especially their Crisol review which was a massive joke

@charliecarrot there’s plenty of character like what. It’s a beautiful game and looks almost as good as blasphemous 1 and 2 which are my go to for pixel art games

@cainhurst94 nothing about this pixel art is cheap it looks almost just like Blasphemous and those games def don’t look cheap. Tbh most of it comes down to console warriors hating and the super hardcore ps fans that can’t stand anything that isn’t super realistic graphics especially from series where that’s usually the norm. Like hunters gathering is absolutely beautiful with some of the best animations in gaming and crazy amount of detail and looks like Mitchell and the Machines but it’s a playable game but because the main series has super realistic graphics the fans are throwing a hissy fit and saying some of the dumbest ***** about the game.

I’ve put two hours into it so far and I’m loving it. It def feels premium with controls that are rock solid and smooth,it’s surprisingly story heavy for a metroidvania which I love,the combat is fun and starting to open up and the pixel art is absolutely beautiful with the areas having nice variety of things going on in the background. It also has challenges that you’ll naturally be working towards while playing that offer myriad rewards as well as sidequests and a deep codex which I always love.

This def isn’t happening since a insider in the ps ot on restera who’s been leaking small details about this game for months and months now said that it’s absolutely not being shadow dropped

@themightyant yeah I def agree about the the discoverability it needs to be improved because it’s bad but the store crashing I call bulls**t on because I had a ps5 from launch day till pro launch day when I replaced it with that and not once have I ever had the store crash

@AlecEmpire two different situations and people crying about this were probably the same ones crying and breaking their PlayStations when Genshin was revealed and called a BOTW knock off

The people saying the store crashes maybe it’s your systems because I browse the store every day and I’ve never once have had it crash and my wishlist is well over twenty titles and browsing it does not cause crashes or slow downs

I’m tired of hearing performative people complain about crunch and then turn around and complain games take too long to come out. People work overtime whether it’s enforced or optional as long as they’re getting paid who cares. Nobody really cares that ND had to enforce overtime in the lead up to Christmas it just gave them an excuse to hate on ND and nobody cares I have to work overtime or my mom and dad do yet I’m supposed to care about developers that I don’t personally know and who don’t worry about me yeah you can miss me that bullsh*t

The headline sounded so cool until I got to the survival part which I just don’t like so I won’t be looking forward to this. I seriously don’t know how people like survival games where you do the most brain dead,boring and monotonous ***** over and over

I’m casual as hell and had a blast in the most recent beta. I never fight other real players and just stick to single player but this title actually made me want to and I actually won some of my matches. I don’t feel like it’s that complicated if you pay attention to the in depth tutorial they make you play upon start up if you do and after some practice you’ll be pulling of some awesome looking moves in no time and it’s a blast

I wish the release dates were reversed because I have no interest in a 1 remake when it’s been remade once already and the remaster just came like a year or so ago

@DennisReynolds that’s really not true I watched a video comparing and the biggest thing is the levels are cut up with loading screens because of the ps2 power and there is very little that was actually wholesale removed. I got the plat for the ps2 on ps5 version and it ran at a buttery smooth 60 and the controller support was actually pretty good. As for the game itself after years of seeing it be hyped up was a bit of a letdown. Stealth absolutely sucks and is barely viable and the whole imsim aspect is truly barebones with barely any secrets to find and shortcuts to unlock while the story is just ok. Honestly deus ex HR and especially MD are better like infinitely better imo

Yeah this game is way better than a 5 and actual vr players are liking it a lot going by reviews and comments.

Been waiting for this update to jump back into my playthrough and just finished downloading it now I can’t wait to wake up and play it

33 winning best visual design over Yotei is a joke and shows the gamers who vote for these things shouldn’t because expeditions stock UE5 looking assets placed haphazardly everywhere is nowhere near as beautiful or put together has Yotei

@tameshiyaku yes exactly and I’m glad you brought up Kitsune because that part of the story is great from characters,location design and theme,enemies and story. Oni is really good too for the same reasons but Kitsune is on another level and nothing not one thing in Tsushima even comes close

@Drago201 see I think the story was better too the only part of the story anybody talks about in Tsushima is the end which while good doesn’t make up for the rest of the story’s shortcomings

I love when chuds invade a sites poll. In no universe was Tsushimas story better than Yotei and Yotei has a game is better than Tsushima in almost every way yet the poll results aren’t showing that. Tsushima was a AC lite while Yotei is a RDR 2 lite with way better exploration that rewards exploration organically,keeps its side activities to a minimum and every few does a little thing to switch them up and the world feels alive with people just trying to get by not to mention how many unmarked sidequests and interactions you can run across just like in RDR 2. The combat is better because of the new weapons so it helps keep it fresher for way longer than Tsushima did and the sidequests are infinitely better than Tsushima where damn near every one was follow these footprints to find person oh no person is dead proceed to fight some mongols and finish. Story and character is super subjective but I def enjoyed Atsu and the story way more than Jin and his story which I liked but didn’t love like Yotei.

I’m almost losing interest with this being delayed again all for some stupid collectors edition

Damn that’s me I’m buying like six or seven games this month with some of them being the expensive editions

I’m playing it and loving it. I played a little of 1 on ps1 when I was young and don’t remember anything about it and played 2 remake last year and really liked it but felt the story while good had been way overhyped over the years by people talking about it so that’s the extent of my silent hill experience. This game though is amazing and it’s story is to me as good as what people who talk about 2

I live in a small town in Ohio and you’ve been able to walk into Walmart and get a switch 2 no problem since a month after it launched.

Have it preordered with the bonus 13th episode and can’t wait till it unlocks in an hour to play I loved the demo. I have this,MGS 3 and Shinobi all unlocking in a hour and just finished up work today for the next four days so I’m set with these plus Gears also

@dschons I respect everyone’s opinion I just don’t see what was original or not predictable about 2’s story and on top of that the performances in Old country crap on 2’s it’s not even close in that department.

How are people saying Mafia 2 is still the best when this one craps on it from a great height. I just played Mafia remake and 2 before this came out and 2 is so outdated and repetitive it’s ridiculous. The amount of enemies you mow down in boring gunfights is crazy and the story doesn’t even touch Old Country or Mafia 1. Empire Bay was nowhere near as cool as Lost Heaven or Sicily and Enzo is easily the best main character the series as had. The story might not be original but neither were the first two Mafia games or looking at movies Goodfellas or Casino. It’s about how the story is told,the characters and the performances which this game nails not to mention focusing it around a love story is pretty unique. How many female characters can you name from most mob stories who aren’t just window dressing or just there to say there’s a woman in the cast I’ll wait.

@nessisonett yeah can’t agree on that at all there’s a reason the comics were so popular and keep being reprinted and even getting omnibuses because they are beloved

I just started Daybreak 2 and it feels so good to be back in that world it’s just cozy. Daybreak was my first trails game and I loved it so I’m def a fan now and can’t wait to finish 2 and play the remake of 1 and Horizon next year

@lazarus11 already have both loved Tainted Grail especially but I think Avowed looks pretty good
