People were really crying about the tlou part 2 chronological mode being added because unless I’m mistaken that was Nixxes who put that together with some ND oversight so it didn’t take anything away from the development of Heretic or any other game they might be working on

@B0udoir I like PushSquare a lot but their reviews are always hit and miss to me especially when it comes to older games where it’s mostly misses

@nessisonett as someone who was hyped beyond belief for Deathloop that game was a massive disappointment and nowhere near what I would call an immersive sim. Its a rogue like with very light and superfluous sim elements and is so far my biggest disappointment of the ps5 gen

I’m so excited to start this Thursday! I loved the System Shock remake and most people say 2 is the best SS so I hope it lives up to my hype. I also just played through the original Deux Ex for the first time and got the plat so I’m in a immersive sim mood right now and that game was amazing though I’ll say I think Human Revolution and Mankind Divided were way better

I finally played the remaster of one like two months ago and absolutely loved it as a first time player so I’m there day one for this. It just sucks having to juggle this,Blades of Fire and Tainted Avalon which the demo of was amazing and can’t wait for the full release Friday

I’m sorry this is just pr to try to head off the negative articles this past weekend. If they would have revealed sales numbers that would be one thing but players isn’t ***** because it’s on gamepass on two of three platforms it launched on not to mention its steam ccu didn’t even get a weekend bump which is almost unheard of during a launch week and it’s already tumbling down the best sellers list which shows it won’t have legs. All that said that sucks because I’m loving the game on my ps5 pro even bought the hundred edition for early access m. It’s def my second favorite behind Eternal

Oh yeah I love 4 of those 5 and like the other so I’m buying this as soon as I get off work

Now reviews will criticize that’s it’s probably only 8 or 10 hours long

It’s dumb to say and FF going back to turn based doesn’t guarantee jack *****. It’s people using the boss baby meme but unironically and therefore come off dumb as hell. There’s always going to be that title that bucks what people think is conventional wisdom but until there’s years of data to point to it’s dumb to act like one games success especially one that doesn’t cost even a fraction to make as a FF title means all games that do it will sell that. One million is very impressive for a debut game but it had price,high metacritic score, word of mouth and fomo to help get that and until it passes the five to seven million the recent FF games sell there’s nothing to compare.

Horror movies never review well with very rare exceptions so the fact this has a fresh rating on RT is a win in my book

@cburg maybe because ND has talked about how IJ was a inspiration on Uncharted and crazily enough UC is more popular than IJ nowadays with the UC movie making more than the latest IJ movie and that’s not even talk about game sales

Been playing since Monday and as a huge fan of Dr Jones this game is a dream come true and proves that Machinegames does not miss

I love collecting figures and these are sweet but I do it frugally so I would never spend 3000 on a freaking collectible statue

@HonestHick only thing cringe is your comment holy crap it’s not that serious. Sony brings its customers plenty between third parties and their own studios. Sony is bringing DS 2,GOY and a heavily rumored GOW Miles Morales like game this year alone and that’s just what we know so far plus MLB the Show which just had one of its best iterations in years

I’m happy I just treated this as a one and done after the campaign and moved on. I do hope the next one has way more variety because the campaign wasn’t even that long and i was kind of bored by the halfway point. Also for the love of god come up with a good story and characters and dial back the linearity just a tad

I don’t mind I’ve got plenty to play and ND are like Rockstar they are worth the wait because when they do release a game it’s guaranteed to be a masterpiece. Now that I think of it Rockstar has gone even longer between releases like thirteen years so seven is small potatoes compared to that lol.

I’ll never get this series! I tried with World and absolutely hated it so I’ll never be playing Wilds. I thought it was repetitive,boring,had one note combat with damage sponge monsters that barely react to ***** with a laughable “story” and butt ugly armor designs.

I’ve been pretty hyped for this until just now finding out there’s no quests so I’ll probably skip it. I’m very much not into games where you just explore for the sake of it
