I completed and loved Persona 5 but I can't help but feel that there is something a little wrong with the concept of releasing a 100+ hour rpg and then a "better" version of the same game on the same system a couple years later and charging for it again. At least P4G was on a new system which to me warranted the update. If Royal was DLC it would be fine but why not just take an extra year or two and make the game right from the start? If it was for PS5 I could understand it a bit more.
I encourage anyone to play Days Gone. It was one of my favorite games this Gen and just got better and better the more I played. I would also expect that a sequel is coming.
This game just got better and better for me. The first few hours were terrifying when caught out at night but by the end you feel really powerful. I really loved this game and even platinumed it which does not happen often.
Seeing some PS4 games running at 60fps was a game changer for me. Nathan Drake Collection was amazing at that frame rate. It actually makes games look better by having everything more clear when moving around or when the camera is moving.
Changing control scheme to "standard FPS" made a huge difference and I would recommend it over default controls for sure. Basically makes it control like other 3rd person shooters like uncharted.
Hyper X Cloud Flight sound amazing in games and even for music. They may not have as many features as some wireless sets but excel where it matters most to me - sound, comfort, wireless range, battery life, and microphone quality. I have tried Astro A50, Steelseries Siberia 800, and Lucidsound LS 40 and the stereo on the Cloud Flights sound better with more directionality than the surround on those more expensive sets.
This is awesome and I agree with all of you about the new podcast beyond. I think they are trying (especially Marty) but there is a clear difference compared to the old Beyond. Colin and Greg just care about playstation without being fanboys and it always showed in the quality of the podcast. I don't know why they have so many people on the new one or why they let people leave part way through either.
Virtua Tennis on Vita looks amazing but the gameplay is better in this PSP title. Charging your hits for so long in VT makes it sluggish and matches are very repetitive with basically no chance of hitting the ball out.
I tried Hot Shots recently and loved the controls and matches feel more varied and strategic. Story doesn't do much for me but gameplay is great.
I have finished both games and loved them. There is a lot of dialogue if you are not used to that (I wasn't at first) but the story is great with so many crazy twists. I thought the overall story in Trigger Happy Havoc was better but the sequel did a great job of continuing it even it got really crazy in the end. You really need to play THH first though. I recommend them even if you are new to these types of games like I was.
@flummerfelt Yes it is worthwhile in my opinion, especially if you enjoy RPG's which are a perfect fit on the handheld and there are many great ones to choose from like Persona 4 Golden. There are not any real AAA games being released but what there is a pretty big catalog of games in every genre including some PS2 HD collections, MGS, etc. Also games like Rogue legacy and Resogun work great and there is always Minecraft.

The game just needed more quality story content both in side and main missions.

Re: Sony Confirms PS5 Media Apps, Explains Dedicated Entertainment Space
@ShikabaneHime13 All Funimation apps are pretty bad no matter what device you are on but I am sure it will on PS5 soon.
Re: All PS5 Apps
I would assume Funimation would be there as Sony owns it I think.
Re: Ghost of Tsushima Supports 60 Frames-Per-Second on PS5, Better Load Times
Do we know if the games will include PS4 Pro graphical upgrades (for those that have them) or just be base PS4 versions with better frame rate?

If you install a PS4 game on the PS5 will it at least be the PS4 Pro version of the game?

Seems a little too close to Iron Man for me but will keep an open mind. Maybe it is just the helmet making me think that.
