Re: EA: Games Are Still Too Hard to Learn

Volmun

@mitcHELLspawn " I just don't see why we should have to dumb down the things we enjoy for people who don't want to put the time in to learn." This! I totaly agree with you... its like enithing Art-Music ect ect so menny ppl give up because there not leonardo davitch or Motsart in 2 freekin seconds of picking up a pen so WHY suld this apply to other hoppys sutch as gaming in this case.

Sure this has been sed but the problem is Most "Gamers" now are mobile phone / tablet gamers IE 1 button comand games So having the normal 10+ buttons confuses the Heck out of them (= in most screaming the game is s*** like a spoilt child and yes I seen this happen more than once in public at home and around ppls houses so no im not just assuming this)

Re: PS4 and PS3 Console Exclusive Dragon's Dogma Online Looks Fantastic in New Famitsu Scans

Volmun

i may try and remmember my JPN PSN acc for this or just make a new one.. if noy im sure my PC can run it It ran the JPN PSO2 afterall.

just to add. PSO2 and Warframe are Both Free to Play amd it dose not hinder the game in the slughtest PSO2 was for special costumes and home expancions i think and Warframe was only really for new charicters or wepons but even then you culd craft basicly everything so dont demonise the F2P name... Play 2 Win on the other hand....

Re: Talking Point: Are Bigger Open Worlds Really Better?

Volmun

Shadow of the Colosus that is all... - lol that game had a huge world yet (to me eniway) was not boring and iv esily spent well over 200 hours on that game simply walking about trying to find hiden "Cracks" (something i call glitched arias and places your not ment to get into.) iv only found 1 or 2 its a incredbly well bilt game world. But thats one thing I really enjoy doing in open world games it add's play value to me yet games like Dragons Dogma... that Boast a "Huge open world" and it terns out to be a total joke (i seriosly dont get how thay can say its huge) where its mostly the same spoils the viue of Open World games... also theres Defiance... a game that I have actualy sed is "Too Open" its just barron boring inviroments it needs proper Dungen/Instances I am not a fan of OverWorld bosses unless there an event boss as ppl on MMO's tend to farm them making some quest lines on beatable = if it was in a Dungen/Instance itd be far better.

Re: Soapbox: Destiny's Progression System Is Destroying the Game from the Inside

Volmun

@ToOGoodOfAPlaya I was going to reply to that too as iv sed in my coment im Ex Wow and am a huge fan of Monster Hunter witch ppl offten bang on about being a "Dull grind fest" so im useto a grind in a game but the pathetic loot siystem + dull repetativ game play reapeating the same "Protect this location from hords of enimys" mission is tiresome nothing like a tipical "MMO" not to mention how barron and Dull the locations are in Destany with no real sub dungens / instances and just the same coppy paste caves all over the place...

Re: Soapbox: Destiny's Progression System Is Destroying the Game from the Inside

Volmun

@ShogunRok lol I played Wow for 4 Years + and finnaly got bord of it (stupid 60 man raids...) and destany i was bord stiff past the 1st few story missions and hit "Max lvl" in no time... (20 not counting light lvls) I honstly got sick to death with almost the exact same mission allmost every time.. letalone the Horrbly un-balneced loot system where practicly EVERY freekin Legedry I had became a Blue or Green item... even the only 2 Exotic engrams i had became complet rubish what was more insalting is that i only EVER got a Legndry Chest pice AFTER I grinded for the Weekly Vangard Coins (all solo as i dont have/want PS+)
-
I also hate the excuse "What do you expect its a MMO" Excuse for Destanys failings im sorry that Excuse is Bull Plop iv played FREE games with allot more contend and diverce gameplay and more than 3 rehashed "Story"Missions for the whol games freekin plot
-
OH YEAH one more thing... THE FREEKING LOADING TIMES! its a total Joke... again iv played Biger MMO games with allot better loading times.

Re: First Impressions: How Well Does Assassin's Creed Unity Actually Run on PS4?

Volmun

@ShogunRok well that vid has sort of annoyed me.. considering some games I like have way way way better frame rates/dont judder like that when there is allot going on and ppl say its "Game Braking" (one of the games being Hyrule Warriors) *(oh and Monster Hunter sometimes has it all be it Rare and ppl still complain its Game Braking) -I was considering Unity as I quite enjoyed Black Flag on my WiiU. Im also intrested by the Co-Op and that you can make your own charicter. Now thogh il probably get it when its price drops..

Re: Review: The Unfinished Swan (PlayStation 4)

Volmun

Re: Could Knack Possibly Make a Comeback? PS4 Architect Mark Cerny Would Like It To

Volmun

Althow I have mones about KnacK I would like to see a 2nd game (the fixed camra and (not sure how to word this right btw) the continus coridore lvl format blending into oneanother) id hope for a more open world in the 2nd if its made.

-I think one of the problems for me was that I was very hiped for KnacK (actualy being one of the games I got a PS4 for)
