PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium operate a little differently to PS Plus Essential: games are rotated in and out of the catalogue, and once they’re removed, you’ll no longer be able to play them as part of your subscription – even if you’ve already downloaded and installed them. It’s important to be aware of which titles are scheduled to depart, then.

Fortunately, Sony has announced the next ten titles scheduled to be stripped of their PS Plus Extra status, although it’s yet to confirm when they’ll be removed. Consider this your last chance to play the following, then:

While it’s always disappointing to see games removed from PS Plus Extra, this does follow a pretty outstanding update for the service, which saw the likes of Ghostwire Tokyo, Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection added. We’d definitely recommend you take a look at 428: Shibuya Scramble and The Wonderful 101 Remastered if you haven’t already – and remember, The Caligula Effect: Overdose is getting a native PS5 port later this year.
