@Boerewors So, let me get this right. To save the effort of laying on your side to watch the television, you put it on your ceiling along with the games console and built a false wall to hide the cables? Is this correct? And if it is so strenuous that you have to arch your back to watch the television, did you not consider to move either the television to a more appropriate viewing angle or to move the thing that you were laying on for the same effect?
@Boerewors Um, yeah. Extra long power cable hanging off it from the ceiling and such. Sounds authentic. What did you do to get your console close enough to be plugged in? Nail it to an ajacent wall? With even more freakishly long cables hanging from the ceiling?
@Boerewors I'm somewhat confused by your statement. Where were you going to be lying down? In the garden with it? As far as I know it plugs into a television that is perfectly adequate to watch lying down
@Carl-G
Yay, we all love it when a super rich, mega corporation wins against another super, mega rich corporation. To be fair to Microsoft, the govener retired and gave billions of his wealth to charity.
@banacheck
No, it just goes to show how some people don't spend all their time on a singular interest. I bet the thick person that fixes your car when it needs it, or the thick person designing award winning architecture wouldn't have a clue when it comes to PS4 Pro gaming updates.
That's the way it's always been. I didn't buy a Super Nintendo because I didn't think my Megadrive was a load to knob after seeing the specs of the thing. I have no idea where your timescale of new console releases come from but if that was the case, I'd just get the best every 6 years.
No chance. I sat on the fence with PS4 and XBox1 and glad I did. Why would I get a PS4 Pro when in a year I can get a Scorpio that plays all games released and were slated on XBox1 for running on under powered hardware, better than a PS4 Pro and backwards compatability with my 360 games?
"I was told I couldn't re-buy it off the store digitally, and I couldn't buy a physical copy because whatever system they employ in the background wouldn't let me run it. They delete the license from your account, and that seems to put a block on it,"
Love Ultratron. People may get more out of it if it's on PS4 as well because it don't half get hectic and the small screen doesn't lend too well to that.
I'll get on release and would have without the extras. As for this boycott trending here, remember when we used to get games well after the Japs and US anyway as standard? No?
@ComicBookGuy I have a cable plugged into the television USB. Being as that's the only place I use the pad makes battery life a big, non problem. I also put toppers on the sticks day one so that's another first world problem taken outside and shot.
My favourite Ubisoft E3 moment was when they showed some alpha gameplay footage for Rainbow 6 Seige and when it went back to Aisha Tyler she was crying like she's just witnessed a miracle.
Take it back to the mansion I say. Or if you are going to do a full trip, do it like Dark Souls where you only ever stop your journey when you personally need to.
I was hoping this was going to be at least half as good as Sonic All Stars. Played three tracks, found drifting was impossible, deleted it. I think Pole Position has more depth.

Re: Hands On: Playing Non-VR PS4 Games on PlayStation VR
@Boerewors I have nothing to think through because I can just lie down and watch the television without being a nancy about it.
Re: Hands On: Playing Non-VR PS4 Games on PlayStation VR
@bbq_boy But as stated in the article, it doesn't even have the standard of clarity as a £150 26" 1080p monitor for £350.

Pfft. I'm only getting PSVR for Rez Infinite. Anything else worth playing is a bonus.
Re: TGS 2016: Ogle Some Off-Screen PS4 Pro Images
What am I missing? All I see are a bunch of images on a television that won't even fill my monitor. 1,280px × 850px

@Kirk Try Bishi Bashi on PS3 for some downright, shocking and unforgivable input lag.

Well, Scorpio it is.
