@BLP_Software They get paid the flat rate like you said, which they wouldn't be getting at all for that project if there was no demand/market for dlc. There's plenty of jobs that don't get commissions, so not sure that's really a great argument by itself.

For games that continue to get updates it's either micro-transactions or paid dlc right? I'd much rather get my gambling loot crate fix in rocket league and have some cosmetics to mess around with then have to pay $5-$15 twice a year (which also fragments online communities).

@kyleforrester87 I enjoyed Bastion (oh the music!) but couldnt get into transistor even though I respect the hell out of it.

Theres a very real possibility that the muted crowd was literally muted...watched show for first time and is the amount of technical woes par for the course as ive seen no complaints. The pre-show was brutal to watch for the most part and the first two trailers of the main show ONLY had the mics from the stage

Pretty blah, would love to get a multiplayer game that casuals would play so I could lure my friends in. Most of them never bother even adding these plus games to their library.
Not saying life is strange is bad, but I bought it heavily discounted many months ago so not a great value freebie.
