I played this on ps5 pro and the visuals are not ‘stunning’. It looks decent but stil looks like a last gen game. It’s not on a visual level like the recent HZD remaster.

Played it on Xbox. Terminally boring. Running around with a map out constantly collecting trinkets

@IOI This game doesn’t look near as good as the ps5 Pro version of HFW. AC still has a lot of shimmering and the image can look fizzy, especially in snowy areas whereas HFW has perfect image quality.

I’ve had mine since launch. My first ever headset and I love it. I’ve never run out of games having bought 46 games since it launched. I’ve found that most of the best experiences are the indie titles though the Resi games and GT7 are unmissable.

@liathach Demos should be available all tiers of subscription

One of the stupidest things Sony does is gatekeep demos behind premium subs. Therefore cutting g off more potential sales. So weird. Also this game sucks.

Metro isn’t good. It’s repetitive as hell. Two enemy monsters in 8hrs of gameplay (oh and a spider). The fact that Behemoth and Alien Incirsion don’t make the list says it all

Dragons Dogma 2 was awful

This game for me was better than metro in every way. Metro literally has two monster designs in 8+ hours of gameplay. Also awful looking reprojection. This review doesn’t even mention the crisp 90hz native visuals that look mostly excellent

On the final
Stretch of this game and it is far better than a 4/10. There are some issues but it’s great overall.

I think the review was fair. It gets very boring, very quickly. It’s way too linear and doesn’t really change things up.

This includes the pro update and updates for vr2. Not sure why that isn’t in the article.

No pro mode in a first party game one week after the pro launched is a huge L

Firstly nobody cares and secondly it is very likely there are issues with series S running one of the best looking games we’ve seen on UE5.

How do you manage to omit RE4 and RE Village as exclusives? Absolutely huge titles and two of the best games on the headset

@Hamst88 It seems that way. Not very professional though is it? They also haven’t reviewed a SINGLE PSVR2 game since March despite there being some excellent releases including Madison. Yet they’ll be the first to publish a PSVR2 is dead article.

How do you manage to put out this article without even mentioning that PSVR2 titles are available for the first time?

Two things
1. An absolutley ridiculous article about a game that’s not on ps5
2. This game is definitely coming to ps5 down the line.

Nobody cares. Where is the Madison VR review?

Less news about a console not relevant to this site and more psvr2 reviews would be nice. You lot will be the first to say there are no games. Despite never reviewing most of them.

No psvr2 reviews from this site for two whole months despite there being numerous releases. Including Madison which is superb.

Stunning visuals? I’m sorry but this looks visually like a PS4 game.

You lot haven’t reviewed a psvr2 game since October 17th despite there being a lot of great releases. And then you’ll run another article about how there are no games.

@Dobbos Pishsquare doesn’t think there are any VR games sadly.

He didn’t say ‘great games aren’t everything’ nor did he suggest that Xbox won’t try to make great games (something they have t done for a while). All he did was say that great games wouldn’t suddenly see Xbox overtake Sony. Which is correct.

You had these sales figures to hand prior to writing the PSVR2 is doomed article. Shame you didn’t just do some research and realise those figures are actually good a week ago.
