@nessisonett Why is that important though? This just a video game and not life. It does not relate to you at all since it is not real. I chose an elf in Dragon Age: Inquisition and elves are not real.

Nothing wrong with as many options as possible, but I am a straight male and now the option to be male is removed which actually takes away options.

I don't even care, but the fact that all CD Red has been talking about is their inclusion of gender or non gender ...whatever.

That is not what will sell this game and is coming off as if there is nothing more to this game than gender/non gender politics.

The more they talk the more I lose interest in this game. Still no gameplay and they keep talking about gender and other issues that are irrelevant to video games. I just want to play a good game and enjoy it, not worry about what body type I can select. This is all they have been promoting. I will pass on this game.

@Eldritch Spider-Man has plenty of puddles but that is irrelevant. How can anyone be hyped for something that they have not seen? He is right to want to see real gameplay.

As a consumer you don't buy a car before driving it and you don't buy a game before seeing it. That's the logical thing to do. If they can not deliver on their promises than that is their fault, not our concern. People are hyping this game up so it better deliver.

Sony and Nintendo never have a problem showing their games regardless of the feed back. Consumer criticism can also help devs make positive changes.

@RBMango All the game is is hype with no in game footage. People fall for it every time just like Anthem. Calling something that does not even have in hame footage GOTY is foolish.

Hopefully they will actually show gameplay instead of a target render. Game has been some and mirrors so far.

Sony owns the game so there was never any doubt about it being exclusive to PS4. A PS5 port could happen but a PC release won't and you can not claim it will.

LOL. Well PC fanboys begged for Sony games and you got it. As expected nothing but shovelware games, which are popular on PC. Hope it releases on Steam too so PC gamers can fund more AA and AAA PS exclusives for us to play. 😁

@RBMango The funny thing is the gameplay looks like evolved MGS5 (only interesting thing about MGS5) but people are confused lol. Its a TPS game with stealth but the world and concept are different.

@DerMeister No game is for everyone though. I don't lkke RDR2, GTA5, Fortnite, PUBG, AC, FC, Fifa, COD or Apex but Death Stranding is fay one for me.

@thebakerswife What do you know about Cyberpunk or Ghost of Tsushima? Death Stranding is not suppose to tell you all of its secrets, just like Ico.

How Do you know unless you actually play it? Is it really that difficult to play and find out? The first game you played I doubt you knew anything about. All I knew of Mario when I played it at age 6 was that he jumped down pipes and all I knew of Sonic was that he was a blue hedgehog.

People complain about games being too similar then complain because they don't know more about a new game.

Play the game and find out. That's how it used to be and should be. No one knew what SoTC and Zelda were when they were announced or FF and RE.

What happened to actually being surprised? I did not know what Portal 2 or Okami were about and loved both games when I played them. Never knew what FF was but bought FF7 and at the time it was my favorite game.

No dis but anyone jumping to conclusion looks ignorant when they say they don't understand what's going on (why would you since you have not played the game?) and then make claims about it.

I look forward to playing and finding out. If I don't like the game then I will simply trade it in. I knew more about RDR2 and hated it, so having more understanding of a game does not mean you will like it.

Gamers should always remain open minded and play as many games as they can, which is the point.

@leucocyte Spider-Man annoying? Blasphemy. You should actuallu play the game, which is great. Its not like the character from the recent cartoons or movies. Spider-Man is one of the greatest characters wver created and you must not know much about him to make that statement. I am not a fan of the movie versions so if that is what you are going off its a mistake. Ironically Nathan Drake has some Spider-Man in him with his wittiness and wise cracks.

Finally. Insomniac should have agreed to this the first time. Their games sell best on PS and I am glad M$ didn't buy them. Insomniac is better than all of the devs combined that M$ purchased. People talking about Sony putting games on other platforms lol. This move says otherwise. Can't wait for Spider-Man 2, hopefully Ratchet & Clank 2 and whatever else they make.

Fortnite and other similar games bring in a ton of revenue through the PS store and they want more of it. Nothing about PC or ...ROFL...Switch and Xbox.

@JJ2 They did that already with S.OE. Layden mentioned multiplayer games so it has nothing to do with putting their PS games on PC. Sony already has a mobile department which makes mobile games.

@Gremio108 Not at all. Their games have been passable since FONV and I thought NV was not at all a great game. It got boring and had a very rough design. Tried Alpha Protocol on PSNow and it sucked. Don't get the hype for them.
